Very convenient for our purposes going to Chatham, friendly, nice breakfast. Ourroom was clean and shoing age. Damage to the bathroom door and bathtub. In this day of computers and cell phones, insufficient electrical outlets.

The room was clean and comfortable. Service requesting more towels took merely minutes. Breakfast was very good and typical variety. Staff manning breakfast room very friendly. Only complaint would be it was a cold evening, and the gap in the casing along the length of the heater allowed cold air to pour in thru its thin gap. Had to use a towel to block it. Other than that, no complaints.

I liked that it had a pool for my daughter, I didn't like the disturbance at night time. Nothing was done about it nor was I compensated for it.

So few luggage carts we had to wait half an hour to get one. Looked like only two for whole hotel. Inadequate given long distance trips require a lot of luggage etc.

No extra blanket for pull out asked housekeeping in which told me to ask front desk! Front desk told me it would be a bit for him to find one! Never recieved one! We rented a suite ! lol the cupboards for dishes have no dishes it’s just empty cupboards! The silverware drawer has a plastic silverware storage for cutlery from the dollar store but there’s no cutlery! The sheer curtain is missing on the right hand side of the window curtains! Hotel is not in the best location. Other than beside a casino which is not open late ! Kinda in the slummy part!

Our room was on second floor - not a great view (parking lot and old transport trucks).. our room was clean some hair in shower, our second day quick tidy housekeeping service lady was very nice. Hotel was super busy for tournament or something and food was in good supply for everyone. not as many options as our other holiday inn stays but still good! Pool was warm and clean. Our second night was less impressive, pool area had a garbage bag of empty alcohol cans beside pool and people drinking. Manager did come in and clear it at some point and he seemed to be just as annoyed about it. Hotel was under construction but couldn’t tell - quiet and clean. Car was broken into on the second night of stay. Hotel doesn’t have cameras in back lot so do not park there.. Front desk staff were kind, helpful and sympathetic but there was nothing they or police could do. If the pool wasn’t there i don’t think we would’ve enjoyed our stay at all.

Was given the wrong room when we arrived. We booked the hotel for the pool and the pool was closed for maintenance. The front desk also wouldn’t offer any discount for this.

This hotel is under construction and there is noise during the day. The top floors are being changed to extended stay so they will be updated. The whole hotel could use an update. We got there and couldn't check in because the system was down. Staff was very friendly, but it is very low frills.

2nd time staying here. Very friendly staff and was able to walk to casino nest door for a few cocktails. Think It was Expedia’s fault and I didn’t realize they were doing renovations. So every other day the water was turned off after 10am. No shower or anything. And renovations after 9 are a little loud if you want to sleep In.

Pet friendly and comfortable
Excellent stay, very comfortable and quiet. Pet friendly was a big reason for stay at this location. very nice breakfast selection, wife really appreciated separate gluten free options.
