純粹係一間度假休閒嘅酒店,整體燈光不夠亮,出行不方便,如果純粹住在裏面三天就會覺得比較悶,房內冷氣風口對正床位,所以覺得非常冷,最重要一點時我預訂的時候我看到宣傳是有免費接駁車到市區的,但是去到就說沒有,要自己自費叫車或者他也可以幫你叫車的,這樣就令我感覺不舒服了.

從踏入酒店的第一步，便感受到職員的笑容，客房空間足夠，清潔，物品齊全，窗外便是一片綠色草地，再堂出去便是河邊，好清淨的環境，早餐豐富及多種選擇，我特意推介，大家一定要試一試這裡的午餐或晚餐，因從食材去到客人枱面，都睇得出，食得出，厨師的用心，這裡每日有兩班車單向去舊城區，算是方便，總結以CP值來計算，若想放空，休息，充電，這裡是一個很好的選擇，我與太太正計劃下個行程，當然都會來這裡兩三天呢！

Both rooms we took on the 1st floor were clean, pleasant, beds comfortable, towels clean and fresh. We requested twin beds but they didn't have them. There was ample parking space. Loved the full size bottles of coconutty shampoo n bath gel provided that made the bathroom that bit more lux. Staff at reception was warm and welcoming, and spoke English which made communicating convenient in comparison to some other hotels. A minor point that would make the stay even better would be 2 pillows instead of 1 per person. We requested extras and got them the following night. Our Rm 6 has a window in the toilet that opens out onto another room's balcony. It made us feel a little uncomfortable to think that someone there could peer into our toilet if he wanted to. All in all, we had a very lovely stay and miss the sight of that flowing brown river.

공항에서는 도심보다 살짝멀고 주변에는 즐길거리는 없지만 우버택시 이용하면 불편함은 없습니다 1층객실은 욕실이 환기가 안돼서 좀 안좋았고 도로 방음시설이 부족해서 차소리가 욕실에서 크게 들려요 아침식사는 만족스럽스니다

Hotel calme au bord de la riviere.
Belle hotel a 20mn en taxi de la vieille ville. Cadre nature et zen. Grande chambre. Personnel tres agreable et professionnel. Bonne cuisine

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und waren von Anfang an begeistert. Die Anlage ist modern gehalten, viele Natur Materialien, komfortable und sehr schön eingerichtet. viel Ruhe bei Tag und nacht direkt am Fluss gelegen. Dennoch sind es in die Stadt nur ca 10 Minuten. Die Zimmer sind wundervoll und blicken alle auf den Garten/ Pool sowie den Fluss. Einfach eine malerische Kulisse. Das Team ist zauberhaft und freundlich. Sie kümmern sich um alles und sind äußerst hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist vielseitig und sehr lecker. Es gibt den ganzen Tag über die Möglichkeit zu essen. Es wird alles frisch für einen zubereitet. Das Personal hilft auch beim Organisieren und planen von Trips/ Touren und ist stets zur Seite. Wir würden sofort jederzeit wieder her kommen. Es gibt nichts negatives zu beanstanden. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen.

Four days in town
If you are looking for a very modernlow profile boutique hotel on the river in town this is it. It does not have a gym, the pool is small, but if you are looking to relax and take in the beauty of the river, this is it. With the exception of the busy street outside, once you pass in to the other side, you will feel as if you have been transported 50 miles outside Chiang Mai. Parking is not great, but catching an Uber is easy to get and cheap. Breakfast is very good with many options. Staff are very friendly.

川沿いのデザインホテルで、ターペー門から5km、タクシーかトゥクトゥクで10分くらいかかります。周りにはコンビニもありません。しかし移動を気にしなければ、とても静かな良いデザインホテルです。 特にプールアクセスの部屋は最高でした。

The hotel is very cozy and relax. It's a bit far from down town but it is definitely a good choice if you want to be stay away from the crowd.

Quiet and serene right on the bank of the river.
Excellent food. Particularly fond of orange mustard tossed salad dressing. Khun Eem and Khun Jenny at the front desk / restaurant should be on the poster for The Land of a Thousand Smiles. they both made our experience at the Zensala a memorable one.
