El hotel en general estuvo bien, uno de los detalles fue que solo limpiaron el cuarto el primer día de los seis que estuvimos ahi, las camas no las tendieron, parece que si cambiaron toallas y artículos de uso como papel, jabón, etc. pero no esperábamos llegar y que parecería que no limpiaron porque no tendieron la cama, en general todo lo demás estuvo bien, el personal era muy atento y nos dieron instrucciones para movernos en la ciudad, y con algunas cosas que necesitábamos.

Check in was weird, they have a desk but you have to check in virtually at a kiosk.... they dont bring items to your room when requested, there were no little soaps or lotions, and the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the showere were completely empty. The room has a funky smell, almost moist/mold-like. And it hadnt been swept as I can see crumbs under the sink and around the edges of the walls. I guess you get what you pay for is all I can say.

This hotel is the worst ever that I had booked with Expedia. There were ladybugs and roaches. I asked them to spray something. The funny thing is they are aware there are bugs. And the people in the rooms next to me smoke weed and are noisy. Furthermore, on so many occasions the fire alarm will go on in the middle of the night for 10 seconds. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone at all.

Keys didn’t work (late at night!), bathroom was not clean (toilet/smell), late night noise woke us up (1:30 am), guest coffee lukewarm, outside property unclean…won’t be returning or referring Red Roof Inns to anyone!
