Decepcionante
La verdad muy decepcionante escogimos este hotel por que nos brindaba comodidades que nunca disfrutamos, ofrecieron desayuno caliente y continental y lo que dieron no llegaba ni a un snack, ofrecian piscina y al llegar al hotel nos informaron que estaba cerrada, todo los servicios de aseo y reemplazo de toallas esta suspendido y todo teniamos que gestionarlo nosotros la verdad por lo quepagamos esperabamis un servicio mas confortable, les recomiendo a ustedes se informen bien de las condiciones de cada alojamiento por que no solo ellos exponen su prestigio ustedes tambn por que uno les confia a hoteles.com lo que esta contratando y cuando tienes estas experiencias necesitas que alguien responda por tantos inconvenientes.

I loved every part of it, The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel and room was very clean, beds were comfortable and check out wasn't till 11:00. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property was nice ,quite and in a good location but I made reservations a week in advance and still had to sit at the front desk and wait for a room to be cleaned. We sat in lobby about 25 min .Other than that , everything was good . Breakfast was awesome

I waited over an hour to get checked in. I was the only guest there. I was treated without respect. The housekeeping manager however was awesome. She was friendly and very positive.

Customer service (with the exception of one house keeper) was excellent. The staff appear to be concerned with the cleanliness of the hotel. I do feel it is ridiculous that guest have to take out the trash and do their own towel service. If I was just there for a night ok I get it but at 4 nights they made plenty of money. This was not a typical Hampton Inn stay for me. The bathroom needed attention - caulking needed scraped and reapplied in shower and the vanity was water damaged on the bottom shelf. Once again the staff was excellent but not a typical Hampton Inn stay I do not feel that $200 per night was justifiable
