It had two master bedrooms with king size bed. the spare master bedroom has a small kitchen with microwave, mini refrigerator,, sink and countertop, and a table and two chairs. and a private balcony and a private entry door. Very nice! However, the two spare bathrooms had mold on the shower curtains. They need to change those out. The patio grill is dirty and has black grease all on the inside and outside. Not suitable for grilling food. Gross!!

It had great beach front property but was not cleaned well in public areas or our condo, it was also not well maintained, front doors were broken, glass shower door didn't seal and flooded the bathroom while bathing.

Worst vacation ever in Florida
It was terrible. I don't remember reading anything about the hotel being under construction. The noise was unbearable. From the time we got up, until late in the afternoon/evening the construction was loud. They had contractors buffing the old paint off the concrete floors of the hotel. Not only did we have deal noise, but it was like walking through powder anytime we left the room. The overall attitude of the staff seemed to atrocious. I heard them say we were there in the "off season", who cares if they don't like it.

The room 100% satisfied our needs. We had 10 persons in our group. Will stay there again. No front desk staff or house keeping after 5 pm it seemed.

Pure bliss!
Everything was perfect: our warm welcoming check in, the cleanliness and condition of the condo, the ocean view with its breathtaking sunsets, the beach strolls, and the short walk proximity of restaurants and entertainment. The three day weekend was pure bliss! The outdoor heated pool and hot tub were especially delightful.

Hotel convenient to other Panama City Sites.
We checked in late & there was confusion with our room. Once we got in the correct room the toilet seat was completely off the toilet in the master bath! Saw several other people complaining during our stay.

Just the beach
Go only for location and beach the rest it's lack of maintenance and etc..room was dirty no towels no room service no nothing...$40 for 2 chairs and one umbrella on the beach???.. Not even south beach in Miami charge that! Way crazy prices!.. Good parking facility. This place needs attention before gets to bad or worst then what it is now.

Poor customer service
I booked Sterling Breeze through Hotels.com. When we arrived at check in we were informed that our condo had been changed. Without talking with us, they placed us in a totally different property, Twin Palms, which is owned by the same company. This was very poor customer service. If they knew that there was not a room for us , they should have informed us a month ago, not the day of check-in. I spent $1,400 for 4 nights, we should have gotten what we paid for.

Nice place for a family
Overall I liked the hotel. The room was very comfortable and best of all it was very quiet. I didn't hear doors slamming or people next to us. The hotel was booked while we were there. This did expose a few problems with the hotel. There are only two small elevators for the entire hotel. I didn't like having to wait in line for an elevator every time I left the room. The parking garage is across the street as well. So getting packed and unpacked was not as easy as I would have liked. Pushing a luggage cart into an elevator with wet barefooted people can be a challenge. The other negative is there is only one beach access point. There is one garden hose in the middle of it to rinse off feet and chairs with. The problem with it is everyone gets backed up on the stairs and can't get around each other. Not a very well planned access point for that many people. Even though there were a few things I didn't like, the room comfort and views out weighed everything negative. The room was very clean and modern. It is in a very good location and traffic isn't an issue like it is in other areas. I would stay here again.

Good apartment, bad hotel
The apartment overall was good, confortable and clean but the building was dirty, the carpets on the hallways were old and look really ugly. They just had 2 elevators and we had to wait a long time each time we want to use them. But the worse part for me was the beach. There is a huge pipe right in front of the building with water running down into the ocean. Maybe sewer water I really dont know but it didnt look good at all so we walk like 100 rads away from the hotel and picked a diffrent area to laydown get tan and relax.

Rooms were beautiful - right on beach.
Loved the room, views were wonderful and the staff was fabulous. There was a little work being done to the outside of the hotel, but over all it was very nice. Only down side was there was a pool drain right below our balcony that made a lot of noise and we had a lot of trouble getting cell phone service inside the room. But it was a very enjoyable experience and we would return.

Nice vacation
My boyfriend and I stayed there for 5 nights the beginning of August. We arrived early ( around 830 am) and they allowed us to go ahead and check in which was really nice. The condo was clean and comfortable, as well as the grounds. We enjoyed our stay.

A new adventure
We normally stay on the Thomas Drive end of Front Beach Road, but we got a solid deal and decided to try something new by staying at the Sterling Breeze. We checked in on a Sunday and had to call an after hours number to get a lockbox code to get our key and parking pass which I am not a huge fan of. I do prefer a staffed front desk at all times. When we got to our condo, we realized that although we had booked a one bedroom unit, we were in a two bedroom. We didn't unpack in case we had to change units the next day. The condo itself was phenomenal! The next morning when I checked in, I was told I had a balance even though I had paid in full already ( I can only assume because of the upcharge for the 2 bedroom unit) but the front desk employee took care of it and we were allowed to stay in the condo we were in. One of the biggest perks of the condo was the grill on the patio. It would be nice if they were cleaned a bit between travelers, but I turned it all the way up for about an hour and burnt all of the old stuff off before my firt batch of am burgers and hotdogs. We are not that into the touristy stuff like Pier Park which is really within walking distance, but since we try not to eat out that much to save money, it is important to have groceries close by. Wal-mart and Target are both right on the other side of Pier Park on Panama City Beach Parkway. I would definitely recommend Sterling Breeze as we had a wonderful time.

both my family and i had a great time. Our party consisted of two adults and three young girls. the facility was clean, nice and close to all the sites. Plan on coming back soon.

Good vacation condo to stay in. On the beach and fairly convient to nearby places. Did find that there were not enough carts when leaving to take luggage to car so that was a bit hard. Furniture upholstery needed some cleaning and carpet as well but duable.

Great Stay!
Sterling Breeze was fantastic. Staff was courteous. Condo was very clean with a beautiful view of the beach. So close to shopping and restaurants at Pier Park. Walmart and Target also right there. Beach just past beautiful pool area. Would stay again.

Romance revived!
My wife and I really needed a quality get away from everything to just focus on "us". This was a great place to do just that! The room and view was fabulous! It's a condo, not a normal hotel, so many hotel amenities aren't available, such as room service and daily maid service. We got some groceries and prepared our own room service in the well equipped kitchen and on the grill out on the balcony. Totally relaxing, we're so glad we stayed here. Oh, we read other reviews that were negative but decided to stay here anyway and form our own opinion. One of those reviews said there's just one elevator, but there is two. Another said that hotel sewage drains across the beach into the ocean, that's false. There's a large drain pipe on the beach, but it's overflow from a fresh water lake on the other side of the hotel. A great get away, we may even take some family members next time.

Stayed in 1bedroom condo 8th floor. Beautifully decorated, bunk beds for the kids also had pull out couch that we didn't use with only 4 of us. Granite countertops, full size appliances, grill on balcony that was ocean front. Washer dryer. Decent size pool. Also had hot tub. Steps onto the beautiful white sandy beach. Loved it here. Will stay again

Great for Seabreeze Jazz Fest weekend.
All in all a good experience. Everything was like the pictures. Check in was easy. Parking was easy. Hard to find carts on checkout but we managed with 2 trips to get our stuff out. Kitchen had everything that we needed.

I picked this motel due to the proximity to Pier Park, for that I was happy with. After checking in, we read the "rules", did not expect to have to run to store to buy toliet paper, no paper towell either, dish soap, starter pack of dishwasher soap was two packs. Coffee starter pack was two "de-cafs" and after traveling long hours I did not want to wake up to that, needed caffeen. (this was discovered after lobby hours) Luckly I got ahold of housekeeping (early next morning) to at least give us two more rolls of toliet paper, that housekeeper was friendly, and did so as I asked RIGHT away. Dusty funiture, with stains. Only blanket for bunk beds had a nasty "brown" stain, ick. The last complaint I have is that it was SO hard to get my cell phone to work in the room, and I have a smart phone, could not get internet at all, :( now adays that should be a given. I think the motel is WAY understaffed, the staff was friendly enough and helpful, but could not help but hear negitive comments at the pool area about "nobody" at desk to help. With just some simple more staffing I think this could be a MUCH better place to stay at. I will probaly stay at the 4star Sterling Reef next time.

Great place for family
The location of the hotel was excellent. The condo was well supplied with towels and dishes, but no cleaning service provided throughout stay or toiletries replenished. Messages regarding an iron replacement was never returned. Called front desk several times, but no answer. No sound on TV in bedroom.

Great Hotel!! Loved it!
We drove from Ohio, and got to Panama City super early. Jessica was extremely nice and allowed us to check-in at 11am since the room was ready. We could walk from the pool to the beach! Loved the balcony, and room decoration.

Love this place!
This is the second time we have stayed here. It was just as good as the last time. Great room, great view and friendly staff. I really like the covered parking garage. The pool is kinda small, but you are there for the beach.

Not the best Resort on Panama City Beach
Our air conditioning was totally frozen up upon arrival and both refrigerators did not work. The first afternoon we had someone come into the room to steam clean the furniture which was dirty. Due to the cleaning we could not sue the sofa or chairs for 8 hours. The staff had a poor attitude about taking care of these issues. I heard from other vacationers how wonderful and well stocked their condos were. Ours was bare to the bone for the price. I would not recommend Room 707. Also, the beach was dirty with trash and dead fish. The beach staff said that is just the way it is. The location was great but I would not recommend this resort and I travel extensively.

Very Nice PCB Condo
This condo was lovely. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The beach area in front of the building was very nice and also well maintained. Overall, we had a great stay at Sterling Breeze. The only complaint is that there are too few elevators.
