Nos resivieron bien pero el cuarro asignado no estaba limpio y me tubieron que dar otro cuarto que si estaba limpio es el unico inconveniente que tuvimos

Staff at check in was ok. After we checked in they allowed someone else to charge food to our room. No one was there to get a receipt at check out and got yelled at by staff when I called to question the charge.

Would not recommend
Rooms were dirty (candy canes smashed into carpet of one room and stained, footprint on sheets in another room), loud/screaming kids running the halls all night, breakfast was gross (pancake machine takes forever and only spits out 2 mini pancakes at a time, cream cheese for bagels had sat out too long, definitely not the “buffet” they advertise). Beds were comfy, they offer Dove bath/hair stuff, staff friendly…..those are the only positives.

Not sure what they were thinking
I arrived at my room to find the door propped open, the bed only half-made up, the radio on, and house keeping nowhere to be seen. I finished working on the room and never saw another staff member. The floor towel was wet from being used by the prior person. The bedside clock radio was backlit by a blue LED, the color light which keeps people awake. At least the front desk woman was friendly.

A Good Hotel in a remote neighborhood.
The hotel was nice and I appreciated my interactions with the staff. I didn't care for the location. The only restaurant nearby was Wendy's which is only open for drive-through orders after 8pm. I was quite hungry when I arrived but had no car so I didn't want to walk through the drive through line so my only option was to buy peanuts at Dollar General.

Booked a room on Expedia and received a confirmation like we have done many times… When we arrived to the hotel, the front desk claimed there was no rooms available despite our confirmation number and the fact they had already accepted our payment. We were forced to drive 10 minutes down the road (much better area) and book another hotel. Expedia ultimately helped get our money back. But I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the dishonesty at the front desk and the rough area surrounding the hotel.

There were four of us in the room, but they only had two towels. When we requested for 2 more, the concierge asked us to come down to get it. Because they were short on staff. Coming down with a really slow elevator from upstairs is really such an inconvenience.

I went to have breakfast @ 9:30 on Monday, and the food was finished. I was informed that breakfast ends at 10am. The toilet in bathroom Room 305, was not cleaned when we checked in and that was unacceptable. Front desk staff were very polite and helpful.

This location was an OASIS amid road construction outside and a building renovation, located next door to the school district offices. At first, it seemed to be an unsafe area, but it was FABULOUS! Don't be scared away by the outside! Our room was fresh, bright, clean, and had everything our family needed! Holiday Inn Express serves the BEST breakfast, and this location went above expectations - filling breakfast items and wiping tables and counters constantly! Eating area is away from the serving area, which made for a more peaceful breakfast. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly, not just there for a job, but EXCELLING! Our room was quiet and looked out into the trees - GORGEOUS! As our VAC moved us on, we wished we had spent more nights at this location - BEST sleep we had over our 2 weeks of travel! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location! Try it and you will be back, I promise! Keep the amazing staff you have! Do whatever it takes! They are a gift, and will continue to make this an EXCEPTIONAL experience for everyone who stays here!

Our room was not ready at check in and it took almost an hour to get in a room. Very inconvenient and unnecessary. I paid extra thinking HIwould be a better option for overnight accommodation and I’ve been disappointed.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in! None of the ice machines worked, the elevator was broken, the safe in my room did not work and when I called for help the staff didn’t know how to fix it either. The handle to the faucet in the shower literally fell off when you turned it and I’m pretty sure our room had bed bugs! It was horrible!

I was early for check in at 1:30 pm. I was told to check in after 2:30 pm. I came back at 2:30 and there were 8 people in line and only 1 staff member checking everyone in (I don't blame her - she was doing her best). When I finally reached the desk there were now 10 people behind me. I was told my room was not ready and I was asked to step to the side. The next 10 people all checked in and received their room keys and I was forgotten about. I was finally checked in 45 minutes later at 3:15. The area around the Holiday Inn is under construction and dusty and noisy. The breakfast was good.

We are terribly sorry for the poor stay. Unfortunately it is very difficult to get services done on the elevator in this area. We do apologize as well for the inconvenience of the toilet not flushing. Thank you for informing us of these things that aren't working.(We actively are working to repair anything reported to us.) We hope you stay with us in the future.

Was never able to check in…rooms had not yet been cleaned at check in time . Housekeeping was understaffed. Plenty of other customers had to wait for their rooms also. Had to drive home that night after concert.

I am VERY sorry this happened to you. If possible, please reach out to me or the hotel and let them know of this event and the date that it happened. As to better coach them.
