This place was disgusting and the room looked nothing like the pictures posted advertising this place. We had to clean our room when we got there with Clorox wipes because it looked unsanitary. The mattress had stains all over it, one looking like blood. There was a piece of someone’s hair weave inside the cracks of one of the chairs. The AC barely worked to cool down the room. Dust and dog hair was flying out of the vents, we had to clean out the AC vents ourselves because it was so dirty. The curtains were full of stains. The water pressure of the shower was horrible, it took forever to rinse soap off your body. They say housekeeping is not available for the entire stay and we had to throw out trash ourselves, trade our dirty towels for clean ones, and ask for toilet paper. I did not feel safe there. From the peephole, we noticed some guy stood outside our door as if he was listening to us talk, another grabbed the door handle to our room. The CEO of Extended Stay America needs to go pay this place a visit to witness how horrible it is. Only one elevator worked and it took forever to reach your floor. The hallways smelled like a dirty nursing home, stench of urine, cigarettes, weed, and alcohol all mixed together, with the stench of someone who hasn’t showered in ages. Do NOT stay here. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life. I couldn’t wait to leave. I cried my entire first night staying there from how traumatic the whole experience was.

I did not like that the room was not properly cleaned. The floors had not been properly swept and mopped. The room had a "wet dog" smell. The curtains were stained and filthy. It was a disappointment.

Been using Expedia for flights for 20 years. I don't know what kind of dope deal Expedia has with Extended Stay, but I am done with Expedia. In a hurry, paid $240 online for a room I figured should have been around $100. Checked in. Trash bags, someones sock, other trash scattered in the hall on the way to the room. In the room, turned down the bed to find rice!?! plastic and dirt on the sheets. No blanket. I stripped the bed, I got new sheets and blanket, I made the bed. It was to late for us to change hotels. No shampoo. No soap. Microwave had melted cheese on the turntable. WTH! Next morning, trash bags, trash and sock still in hall. Breakfast?!? was litteraly a chocolate cupcake and weak coffee. Should have paid $80 at Motel 6. Goodbye. Never again!

The staff were nice, but they just seemed short staffed. I had to wait about half an hour to check-in and then my key card didn't work. The elevator smelled of weed and there seemed to be this weird balance of people staying for a night versus people that were living there. Old clothes were left in the bathroom and it just seemed really run down.

The hotel is quiet, and the room was very clean. It’s no frills — no daily maid service — no shampoo (bring your own) — but that’s why you are gettin a discounted rate. It is within a 20-minute walk from John Wayne Airport, so no taxi ride is necessary. I would stay here again.

I checked in and my first room was 230 didn't notice anything in the room looked clean. I set up my computer and I turned air conditioner as I was sitting there doing some work at my computer I could hear water dripping, didn't think anything of it. I thought it was the water sprinklers outside, even though I was on the second floor. I got up and the air conditioner was leaking water all over the floor, and there was a good amount of water coming out of it . I called the front desk to the lady. She said she would move me. Packed up went downstairs got a second key they moved me to 223. Moved my luggage to the next room and got everything set up went in the bathroom and noticed that the hairdryer was broken, and then there were fingernail paint all over the sink and stains all over the sink that could've been cleaned off, but weren't. Then there was a sign left on the back of the door that said in writing please do not slam door.. and I went downstairs. Showed the front desk lady, the pictures that I took in my phone she was completely apologetic and said she was sorry. She asked if I wanted to be moved again. I don't know how many people stay in rooms as much as I do, but I travel a lot. the manager was not in until the morning and all I asked was if I could get my day comped because of all the back-and-forth. The front desk refused to help me and overall the customer service was horrible. Expidea tried to call never gotten through to fix the situation, but had no response.

When I first arrived the front desk employee was being rude to another customer. My first impression of the place was mid. I had trouble checking in, Alexander who was the person helping me kept saying my reservation wasn't showing up. After maybe 30-40 minutes we were able to get into the room. When we went up to the second floor we noticed a strong oder of cigarette and there was papers thrown all down the hallways. It looked very dark and creepy. At this point we were very iffy about this place. Shortly after we started to settle into the room and go to be when we spotted a cockroach. I immediately took a picture and killed it. I did take it to show the front desk and all I got was "ok you can get your stuff and leave I'll check you out." No explanation, nor nothing was said to us but just to leave, even tho we where going to leave after finding this but absolutely bad customer service. The Gentleman Alexander, was over all rude and not at all trying to help the customers. for the short time I was there for I encounter his interactions with 2 different customers and all was very poo and he was very rude to them. Do not stay here! It stinks, bad customer service and roach infested place.

A lot of peaple feave on this Hotel.My first impression is a two girls fighting in the front desk they workers from the Hotel also is a lot of bags on the hall (trash or dirty clothes bags) my room is 117 the neightboard put his tv at 5am and I can heard cant sleep also the breakfast is really bad.

They need serious help. Hallways not vacuum, people don't pickup there dog poop, staircase is filthy. Front entry was cigarette bud's everywhere, fingers prints entry door , outside trash can full, trash all over the parking lots, and etc
