El hotel en termino general esta bien para el precio, pero la limpieza deberia ser un poco mejor, los pasillos huelen terriblemente mal y las habitaciones deberian ser un poco mas cuidadosos con la limpieza, el Lobby tambien estaba un poco sucio y descuidado, la atencion de los empleados fue buena.

Nos hospedamos 4 noches... De las cuales 2 no funcionó la llave al llegar. El ruido de una habitación a otra, insoportable, podías escuchar roncar al vecino. De 3 días, solo un día hicieron la habitación. Olor a humedad en los cuartos. Hay vasos y café, pero no cafetera. No hay ni una botella de agua. Cero recomendable.

Fiasco de hotel. Aunque la habitacion decia que era para no fumador, todo apestaba a cigarro. No pude dormir gracias a un perro que tenian en otra habitacion. El ambiente no era agradable.

The rooms were clean but I asked for a Smoke-Free room. I smelled smoke immediately entering the room and cigarette burns on the top blanket. Bathroom was really small and awkwardly arranged with the bathroom door. House keeping was rude trying to make me leave even when I paid for a late checkout.

The rooms have a bad smell and the hallways smell too much like cigarettes. There are also cockroaches in the rooms. The hot water is not really hot. I would not go to this hotel again.

I wouldn't know how good it was but I wasn't given the opportunity to read reviews as it was chosen for me. I could not find the hotel, as the only transportation available from IAH was the city bus that google maps dropped me in the dark in an unfamiliar area after business hours for most businesses. I wanted a refund because the hotel I did book that had a hotel shuttle took my reservation and payment through your app and when I called about the shuttle was told I would have to get a refund on a "no refund, same day" policy, because they were overbooked due to the IAH fiasco.
