Conveniente ubicación para congresos.
Muy bonito el hotel. El personal de recepción y los restaurantes, muy amables. La limpieza y arreglo de la habitación puede mejorar. En general, una buena experiencia y con la ventaja de que el congreso al que asistimos se realizaba en el Bella Center, con acceso desde el hotel.

Fantastic stay, beautiful hotel and fantastic staff. Everyone from the servers to the cleaners saying hello. Easy check in and out which always helps. The restaurant on the 23rd floor was unbelievable and definitely worth a visit.

The towers are striking and artful, and the hotel is perfectly maintained, with excellent restaurants inside. It’s a block from the Metro, so you can get downtown in 10 minutes.

Godt men mangler lidt rengøring.
Der lå de samme vatpinde og andet snacks på hotel gangen under hele døgnet og spejle/vinduer i badet mm var der tegninger på når det blev dugget når man var i bad (altså ikke rengjort). Fin morgenmad, og gode senge - flot udsigt.
