familia con niños
Situado sobre la carretera a un par de km del centro la piscina en realidad es un centro deportivo hay que ir en coche, desayuno escaso y poco variado, si hay un grupo numeroso aún lo dejan peor, el personal agradable.

I enjoyed everything. The only thing that let it down was the lack of bar staff during busy periods. You could be waiting up to 15 minutes to get served.

Hotel was crowded for an event with paper thin walls and noise from all rooms all night. Hotel looks tired and in need of renovation. The restaurant was over run and staff seemed in short supply and stressed. We were going to eat there but didn't like the look of it and headed to Cork. The price of this hotel does not reflect its standard

My review of my stay
Its was a lovely hotel. Staff were amazing from check-in to check out. Room was spoiless. Plenty towels. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. The fridge was empty, which i was delighted to see because i like to keep my water cold. I had a freat sleep, the bed seemed hard but as soon as my head hit the pillow, i was out like a light. Will love to go there again and would recommend it to ithers

We paided almost 300 to stay one night in this hotel and when we arrived the staff were friendly at the reception but as we tried to sit down for dinner the supervisor was horrible to the group we were with. We were left standing there for 20 minutes no one bothers to come up and apologise or inform us how long we’d be waiting. I understand if the place is understaffed or they were busy but the price we paid to be left waiting for almost 20 minutes and then to be met with rudeness was just added a sour taste to the stay

Hotel location is next to very noisey road , windows provide no insulation from noise. Parking is very tight. E-car charging not working. Elevation too small and only one so queing necessary. Stopped twice due to overloading. Three Staff in restrauraunt did not pay attention to guests. Bathroomin room had black mould on floor and between wall tiles. Sink blocked. Would never stay there again

The pictures on the website seem to be from 10-15 years ago at least. Carpet in the rooms has stains in multiple locations and the room had a smell to it. I was looking forward to staying here and once I got to the room I was unfortunately disappointed.

Won't be going to that hotel group again..
We'll must say hotel and room generally good but always a but, we'll to say my experience was not good in a scence for example when had late lunch meal in the bar for bar food I had the toasted special which I thought it was fine and my wife's order she tells me salad was limp didn't seem fresh by her opinion before you judge my wife she is a trained chef herself so she would know and evening meal I had pizza which I thought it was nice but my wife had the steak and asked medium well done well she got more well done as side of steak very tough and she had to really chew alot so not what she really ordered and lastly must say I ordered a drink from staff a young lady and waited and waited bout 10 or more minutes nothing so I went to the bar to enquire and low and behold she was gone as when her shift finished she was gone and told no one I ordered a drink so had to reorder my drink at the bar we'll bad communication skills there in my opinion must say as besides that for our wedding anniversary which it was our trip away to that hotel and overall not great I must say by my experience...

3 Nights in Cork
Check in was efficient, although there was some delay due to multiple guests checking in. We requested a room with walk in shower and were assigned an access room which had a couple of maintenance issues which we reported early the next morning. The reception staff had no problems providing us with another room and apologised for the inconvenience. Staff were also helpful in advising how to visit the city centre (15 Euro taxi ride) and checked again with us if our new room was acceptable. We only had one breakfast but had dinner each night (3 night stay). Meals were very good and the staff were great, especially as they were busy on 2 nights, friendly and professional. There is not much else nearby and the rooms are not airconditioned but was comfortable and convenient for our stay. Check out was efficient.

After taking to front desk I was told they would be able to shut the heat off in my room as it was not needed. The heat stayed on all nite very very uncomfortable night did not sleep that was with the windows open

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Dinner was a bit hectic as it was very understaffed, but the food was fine and the servers were nice-when you got their attention. We had dinner around 8pm, then saw the same server working breakfast at 8am. The desk clerk was even assisting with serving.
