Un buen hotel bastante retirado del centro y un poco complicado de llegar, también para llegar al cuarto es muy enredado y no hay elevador en una sección así que se tienen que cargar las maletas

El hotel lejos del centro.mucha cuesta.
Se puede bajar andando tardas 15min para volver taxi necesitas por la cuesta .unos 10 euros.Pedimos habitación familiar con vistas y no nos la dieron.correcta relación calidad/ precio.Proxima. vez escogeremos algo más centrico

Hotel acogedor con un buen trato personal.
Muy placentera en cuanto a la habitación y servicio de desayuno. No usamos los servicios de gimnasio o piscina, pero vimos que el gimnasio estaba bien acondicionado.

Buen hotel, recomendable.
El hotel estaba muy bien, llegamos tarde y cenamos en el hotel todo muy bien. Las únicas pegas del hotel son la distancia al centro, está alejado del centro y la presión del agua en la ducha. Por lo demás todo perfecto, el personal muy amable y la habitación amplia y limpia.

Hotel muy confortable y vistas muy bonitas, para ir al centro de cork hay que coger coche porque está un poquito alejado(cinco minutos en coche) piscicina y spa muy bien y habitación también

I have to say the best part of the entire stay were the people. From the moment you arrived to the day you left, everyone was so kind. We were met at the door by a gentlemen of the name Ken, boy is he amazing. He talked football with my son, and made us feel like he had been waiting for us to show up, and that we were the only people staying there. I can’t tell you enough the kind of hospitality we felt when we were there, and it was amazing. Would stay there again!

Lovely
The hotel is in such a great area of Cork with stunning views of the city. The restaurant and patio make it a unique atmosphere to start and end your Cork experience. The hotel has a lovely ambiance and the gym/pool/spa area is very relaxing.

This hotel has so much potential. It’s a gorgeous property. However, its customer service negates that. At check-in, the staff member was ready to charge us in full for our three rooms plus a deposit for each until I reminded him that we prepaid for the rooms. We ate lunch at the hotel restaurant. Despite being $250, all six of our meals were inedible - simple things like a salad and a burger were terrible even though they looked beautiful. We would’ve said something but we never saw our waitress again or anyone after we placed our order. She was rude when taking our order so maybe that’s a good thing. At the glasshouse, none of the four bartenders could say what beer was on tap. Did they even work there? Finally, at check out, we were told we owed $27 euros for laundry. We didn’t do laundry. The staff member looked at her records and realized the mistake (must have been from a prior guest?). I then had to proactively ask her to reverse the deposits for each room, as she apparently forgot and/or wasn’t going to do so. That the guests have to remind the hotel staff at check-in and check-out of the correct charges and for a deposit return really leaves an unsettling feeling for the guest. She never asked how our stay was, probably because the hotel doesn’t want to know. The hotel needs a hard reset. The focus should be on the fundamentals, like food quality, customer service, and training staff, before aesthetics. Don’t put lipstick on a pig.

We booked at this property because we wanted easy parking within walking distance of Cork Centre. There are nice grounds. Our room was comfortable. There was noise from a nearby bar but that stopped by about 10.30 every evening. The breakfast was generally satisfactory but the fried eggs ordered were always rather congealed leading me to suspect that they had been prepared earlier. The food in the restaurant was good but I thought very expensive for what it was. Service was excellent. Generally the property is good but a little expensive.
