Leí malos comentarios y tenía miedo pero la verdad no estuvo tan mal. La ubicación es muy buena. El hotel ofrece lo mismo que la mayoría, el desayuno es suficiente y las habitaciones son amplias y limpias aunque el servicio en general me parece un poco descuidado. Tnato en la recepción, con personas que cumplen pero cero cálidas; como en las habitaciones que tienen buen tamaño y están limpias pero se ve que no hacen las cosas con cuidado... las toallas aventadas, las almohadas aventadas.... se podría cuidar esto y el servicio y los comentarios de la mayoría de los huéspedes se elevaría! Igualmente las instalaciones son buenas pero un poco viejas.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente para las personas que viajan al aeropuerto. No cuenta con servicio de transporte al aeropuerto.

Excelente para caso de apuro
Por haberse atrasado nuestro vuelo de Chicago perdimos nuestra conexion internacional y la linea aerea solo nos ofrecio un motel de mala categoría dejandonos por nuestra cuenta, muy tarde, en una ciudad desconocida y congestionada. Afortunadamente un empleado del aeropuerto nos sugirió este hotel. Nuestra experiencia fue muy buena pues a pesar de ser un hotel basico esta muy comodo con habitaciones amplias, limpias, personal muy amable, desayuno adecuado y transporte de cortesia al mall y al aeropuerto.

Good location. The property could be cleaned up better. The pool looks dirty. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok. Need a fruit selection. The elevator also stop working. It has shopping close by. There were also restaurants with in walking distance.

Beds need to be replaced, update rippedfurniture, wallsneed painting. Keys had to be redone four times. Neighborhood is sketchy. Needless to say we cut our stay short.

We were told there was a shuttle to the airport available at 5am for our early morning departure. However, the driver did not arrive until 5:25am. This caused some anxiety and we initiated an Uber ride as an alternative when it was getting late and we were charged a cancellation fee.

THE worst experience of my life, I got this hotel because my flight got canceled and I needed to stay any other airport in Dallas. I mainly did it for the shuttle to and from the hotel I called the hotel to request the shadow driver I was told he will be arriving 10 to 15 minutes. 1 hr later no one had arrived, I called reception to find out what was going on and I was told to provide my number and they will call me right back to let me know the status of the driver. 20 minutes later no one had called me back so I called to find out if they had any update on the driver. I was informed he was three minutes away, another 20 minutes past and nothing so I called back to ask if they kindly can help me cancel my reservation because it was close to two hours that I was waiting for the shuttle, I had been at the airport for almost 5 hours, and I was tired the front desk proceeded to say then you cancel and hanged up the phone. I wanted to give it the benefit of the Dow due to the storm the call got cut off. I called back several times with no answer I’m assuming they had caller ID and the person did not want to answer. A driver pulled up about 10 minutes from getting hanged up on so I approached him. He looked at me with a very rude attitude and said, “are you the one” and I asked the one what, he said the customer. I said yes I am the one waiting. He got off the car and proceeded to ask me. Oh wait did you just cancel the reservation I responded I tried to cancel he then cussed me

Arrived late from the airport. Very nice to have airport shuttle (545a-1045p). Room was clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast Sunday morning...Eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy, sausage patties, etc. Very reasonably priced for all the amenities offered.
