THE worst experience of my life, I got this hotel because my flight got canceled and I needed to stay any other airport in Dallas. I mainly did it for the shuttle to and from the hotel I called the hotel to request the shadow driver I was told he will be arriving 10 to 15 minutes. 1 hr later no one had arrived, I called reception to find out what was going on and I was told to provide my number and they will call me right back to let me know the status of the driver. 20 minutes later no one had called me back so I called to find out if they had any update on the driver. I was informed he was three minutes away, another 20 minutes past and nothing so I called back to ask if they kindly can help me cancel my reservation because it was close to two hours that I was waiting for the shuttle, I had been at the airport for almost 5 hours, and I was tired the front desk proceeded to say then you cancel and hanged up the phone. I wanted to give it the benefit of the Dow due to the storm the call got cut off. I called back several times with no answer I’m assuming they had caller ID and the person did not want to answer. A driver pulled up about 10 minutes from getting hanged up on so I approached him. He looked at me with a very rude attitude and said, “are you the one” and I asked the one what, he said the customer. I said yes I am the one waiting. He got off the car and proceeded to ask me.
