Varias veces nos llegó una alarma a nuestros celulares y nos asustamos, pedimos que fueran por la basura y a dejarnos toallas y no lo hicieron, el desayuno ese si está muy bueno y rico.

Me hospede para ir al Estadp ATT solo de viernes a sabado la propiedad tiene pocos empleados!!! No atienden necesidade spedimos toallas extras y sabanas para el sillon cama me llegaron después de las 12 de la noche no atienden llamadas en recepción los alrededores y zona son inseguros no recomiendo este hotel, las habitaciones estan viejas y los baños tienen moho y hongo y esta deteriorado

En lo personal embassy es uno de mis hoteles favoritos pero este en particular estuvo mal, me quedé dos noches no limpiaron solo habían dos toallas, y para nuestra mala suerte vimos cucarachas en la habitación

Esta muy vieja y descuidada. Olía mal en algunos lugares. El estacionamiento tenía vidrios de ventanas rotas de vehículos.

mala experiencia
el hotel estaba muy sucio, muy sucio, entiendo la pandemia pero no era para que estuviera tan sucio, los cuartos no los limpiaron los 4 dias que estuvimos ahi.

At first we were given keys to an occupied room. If that wasn’t enough, once we got to our room, there was an unknown wet area on the floor by dresser. Then to top things off, the toilet seat was about to fall off. We reported all of these issues to the front desk and was told we would be contacted about the problems and were were not. I even went to the front desk the next day and was promised a call back and again, nothing. Oh yeah! Parking sucks!

Our room was so cold even though it was set to 80 in our room. Our bathroom door would not latch to close correctly. The ice machine was broken everywhere but two floors down from us. The lobby was so cold. We had one margarita and three beers was billed $48 and not given a receipt, the bartender barely spoken English and didn't understand I wanted an itemized receipt. Parking was ridiculous, when we reported to security that cars were parked in no parking zones he told us there's nothing they can do. If I was given a parking pass to have in my car every one should have had one so security should have had them move or impounded. Our room was clean and stocked perfect. The breakfast was great.

It was a perfect family outing. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Late check in, help with our dog, perfect breakfast, swimming, and exercise were available. The rooms were spacious and clean. Perfect.

The whole place smelled bad , there were drug deals happening in the parking garage , the parking garage floods , the food is disgusting, we got bitten by different bugs . It was a horrible experience

Show was luke warm at best no water pressure either. Bed sheets were stained and nasty. Breakfast was terrible when i brought it to their attention all i got was my receipt and a sorry.

The stay was good, and we enjoyed the cook to order breakfast. But, the room could used some additional cleaning. Headboard/bed was dusty, and drawers were not clean.

Won’t stay here again
Two things remain consistent with Embassy Suites, the excellent free hot breakfast with omelets made fresh to order and the happy hour. The hotel design of rooms open to an atrium in the middle with inside balconies connecting the rooms rather than a long hallway is also unique to embassy suites and we love it. It’s great for kids. One elevator was out and so there was a line for elevator all the time. It was raining outside and the parking garage was flooded. There were lots of people partying in the parking garage at night. The noise level was high. There was only one tiny trash can in the bathroom. The pool opened late at 10 am which was very inconvenient for us. The pool needs to open at 8 am for families who get an early start.
