The staff was friendly but could not solve any of the issues that we had. We booked a 2 queen room and we were given a single king room for a reservation of 4, we were given breakfast vouchers to make up for this and told that a roll away bed would be in our room when we arrived, it was not and there were none available when we inquired. They gave us 2 comforters to solve the bed issue….this is not a solution. The tv did not work and they were not able to fix it. The staff was friendly, but not super helpful and we do not feel like we have been compensated for our trouble. We were told to expect more communication from the hotels staff in coming days.
