The Front Desk staff were very efficient and helpful especillay Shenna and Joni. Breakfast was unexpectedly pinoy cuisine with longganisa, sunny side up eggs, bite-size tortang talong with fried rice. I highly recommend Microtel Davao. Just a note: if ypu did not have a full bath towel in your room notify front desk. They thought I swiped their towel haha

The staff clean the room and fix bed everyday, which is excellent. There is a TV but, there was one or two stations I could watch. Other programs seems like a repeat over and over again. There are restaurants around but I was by myself, I am limited to dine in. I did go to McDonalds which was across the street after a while I felt tired eating the same thing. There is limited parking if client is driving a car. A few spots were actually roofed and off limits.

Staff was excellent ...the hotel is near malls food places airport ....taxis etc easily accessible ....rooms where great for the price ....would not hesitate to recommend

Very good stay
What I love about the hotel: *the location- when you step outside the hotel there are lots of food choices and it is just near SM Lanang and the airport *the room- veeeery spacious. Twin room has 2 QUEEN BEDS *building- due to the recent earthquakes, we find the building safe since it’s just 2 floors. *free breakfast

Nice hotel with big beds. Breakfast is satisfying. Staff are friendly and accomodating. But its noisy in the hallway.

My grandfather and I were actually looking for a hotel nearby SM Lanang, a good place to stay that my cousins and I can also stroll the street at night time, and a hotel that is new to us. Then it was a lucky pick for us, because in one night we never thought that we could meet and greet Jr, who's also a Filipino Star. Overall, it was a very good experience to us! Thanks for everything! :)

Not the best but a good choice for short stay.
It is a very convenient location with close proximity for shopping, eating and to the airport. I wish they can provide slippers for shower.

日系人学校隣のホテル
ダバオ市内でも空港から近い場所にあるホテルで、直近に飲食店中心のモールや日本食レストランが５軒位集まった場所があり、食事には不自由しないと思います。私が宿泊した部屋にはコネクティングドアがあり、隣の声がよく聞こえましたが、他は快適でした。

Hotel is good for business travels. I stayed there because it was near the venue of the PICPA Convention - SMX Convention Center. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Never go there, waste of Wyndham
Worst week in Davao staying at this hotel. Brown out and the hotel generator didn't work. Wifi didn't work 75% of the time. Ants everywhere bathroom bedroom bed. Dirty sheets. House keeping didn't come unless you told the front desk you needed house keeping. Breakfast was terrible and they never keep the food stocked. For being a Wyndham hotel very very disappointed. And I had to leave early since no power and I had to pay another $50 to the other hotel.

Great location but .....
It was great location the handicap was that there was a strip mall with a number of bars right beside the hotel and music was blaring till 2pm. Could not get a good night sleep due to the blasting music.Second, the beds should be replace, one could feel the "sinking" feeling due to the old bed spring

시설 및 서비스 대비 주변호텔에 비해 너무 비싼 호텔입니다.
호텔비가 너무 비싸다. 홈페이지에는 2인조식포함 2400페소로 되어있는데 실제 3250페소를 지불했다. 이부분에 대해 호텔닷컴에서는 최저가 보장이라는 것을 어떻게 설명할것인지 궁금하다. 금요일 토요일에 주변상가 행사로 인해 너무 시끄럽다. 소음은 12시~1시에 끝난다. 와이파이가 무료인데, 기계마다 다른 패스워드를 넣어야한다. 그런데 숙박당 1개밖에 주지않는다고하여 휴대폰과 노트북컴퓨터를 사용하는데 곤란했다. 사정사정하여 어렵게 추가 패스워드를 받았다. 이점에 대해 직원은 너무 불친절했다. 더구나 처음에는 1일치 사용권만 지급받았다. 그것을 모그로 있다가 며칠동안 매일 패스워드를 새로 발급받았다. 발급받을때마다 많이 가져간다고 구박받았다. 직원에따라 좋은직원도 있었다. 그러다가 친절한 직원이 1주일동안 가능한 패스워드가 있다고했다. 11일동안 숙박했는데, 이점에 대해서는 제대로 설명해주지도 않았으며, 패스워드 여러개 가져가는 것에 대해 불평을 했다. 체크아웃하며 숙박료에 대한 불만을 얘기하였으나, 매니져가 와야한다면서 제대로 대응해주지 않았고, 매니져가 왔는데도 여러차례 면담을 요청하여 겨우 면담을 할수 있었다. 결국 숙박비는 overcharge 된 상태로 완불을 했으며, 이사실을 이야기하는 동안 상당히 불쾌하였다. 마이크로텔은 별이 세개인 관광급 호텔이었으나, 별4개 호텔보다도 비싸게 숙박을 하였으며, 근처의 타 호텔에 비해 너무 비싸다는 생각이다. 호텔닷컴에서 예약을 했으나, 예약되어있지 않다며 처음에 많은 시간이 걸리고 결국 체크아웃할때까지 호텔닷컴 예약확인이 되지 않은 상태였고 그책임을 고객이 챙겨야하는 것은 잘못되었다고 생각된다. 숙박첫날 체크인 시간 보다 빨리 갔는데 방을 일찍 배정해 주어서 좀더 쉴수 있었던점은 좋았다.

15 min from airport. it is near SM Lnang also near Swiss .. . deli restaurant great place to eat and drink quiet area spacious room but breakfast is terrible actually. The city is conservative and there are few things to do I really wanted to go Samal Island and beaches but due to fear of kidnapping couldn't The city itself is very safe

The staff are friendly and accommodating. They respond to requests immediately. The security guard is really helpful in getting you a taxi ride. Thank you. There are only few choices of food on their breakfast buffet compared to other Microtel branches in the country.

My Phil GF and I stayed 8 days at the microtel and would stay again if we r in Davao. It's clean easy and staff super nice. Quiet too. Thanks to all the staff. The rooms are big and beds nice. They serve a good breakfast for free which is more like a lunch. Complimentary newspapers. Everyone speaks good English and a huge modern mall only 3 blocks away which has a supermarket and pharmacy. Its called SM for shumacher. Lots of restaurants and cafes right outside the door and prices cheap. Cabs and shuttles all over. There is security all over so feel safe. Every store including microtel has security guard. All around great experience with highest ratings!!
