La ubicación cerca de la playa muy buena ! Pero la persona que me atendió para en check in muy grosero le pedí una cuna para bebé dijo que me la iba a buscar y nunca la llevo y lo ma del los cuartos las cobijas todas quemadas con cigarro cuando se supone que son anotaciones para no fumadores que pedí !!

No tenia ningun desayuno solo una bolsa por persona, con solo una botella de agua un cuki y un banano un dia el otro con una mandarina en miniatura. Fue lo unico MALO

No heated pool but was nice. No roll away beds they said they had. Limited staff. Other than that clean, nice room. Close enough to downtown and the beach.

I ordered the room on the reserve now pay later and around 3:30 before I arrived, the manager or owner, tried to run the card on file, which I didn’t want them doing. I wanted to pay cash when I got there. I haven’t had this happen for a motel in a long time. So because the card then got declined, they canceled my room. Luckily, they had other rooms. Maybe they’ve had people flake on them but I didn’t like the fact they just ran the card before I got there. It also ended up being 13 more dollars than the Expedia price, which I showed the front desk person, but they could care less at that point and I was tired and just checked in. It wasn’t a terrible experience but not the best. The room was OK, definitely some things falling apart in there.

Our room and the pool where completely fine. Only thing is they were remodeling the dinning area so we were not served breakfast as it states online. We would of chosen a different motel if we knew in advanced we were not getting breakfast, as that is our sons favorite part of traveling.

Smelled terrible as soon as I walked in. The smelled lingered throughout my whole stay. Saw no staff at all around the property and checking in I wasn’t told about anything that was offered at the hotel for example when breakfast is served or where to go to have it. My door had no safe lock on it and overall just disappointed.

A lot of trouble with the door pass, stupid entrance from front desk, back out the door and into the corridor. Worst of all there w as NO breakfast available. The web site showed a breakfast area, but it was closed. I will never return, or recommend this facility. The check in lady was very helpful, but she was not there in the morning.

Dirty , bedding was from the antique store. Pool was atrocious. I reserved 2 nights couldn't force myself to stay the second night. Worth it to eat the cost as the staff was no help at all. Oh and someone should tell you theres a train runs through the property every couple hours.

The owner I think was extremely rude and even took my ID and debit card and walked away with it for 20 minutes in the laundry room, check In was at 3 and my room wasn’t ready until 330 he also was very passive aggressive because my SO wasn’t there to sign the receipt only myself and called me 5 times in 10 minutes yelling

Sorry to hear the bad experience with us. Front guest Clark needs the guest signature at the time of check in but since you had a small child with you manager let you check in first without signing the paper work so that you and kids can be comfortable. And Shea told they she will be back to the front office as soon as her roommate arrives. However front desk Clark saw you multiple times going in and out but you never stopped at the desk to sign the paper work so manager call to remind 2 two to come and finish the paper work before their shift ends. Hope you understand, paper work is an important thing for checkin.

Poor Service
Hotel was clean but service very poor. Had to ring a bell and wait at a window every time you wanted something. Lobby was closed. It took 15 minutes to check out. I had to pay a $50 deposit. Stupid since I paid with credit card. False advertising as website claimed free breakfast but none onsite. Reflects badly on all Super 8 properties. I am glad there are so many other choices for my next trip to the area.

Needs refreshing. Bad moldu odor is a turnoff. Continental breakfast was stopped. Other hotels still offer some breakfast. Service and amenities removed and a huge price hike from past stays. Consider elsewhere.
