This property was so bad we didn’t even stay. We couldn’t checkout because it was prepaid via Expedia. We were in town to visit friends but wanted our own place to stay. By midnight we called them to rescue us. This place would have been good for a trucker at maybe $69 per night. Because of the Daytona 500 everything was booked. We were charged a non refundable $340 per night. As a business traveler with 30 plus years on the road this was the worst disaster of a hotel I’ve ever seen. It had zero amenities and dirty sticky plastic fake wood floors. Enough said, lesson learned and no help from Expedia. PS, I think it’s even an insult to Truckers.

We reserved a king bed through Expedia, but upon our arrival, they informed us that a king bed was not available. I offered to pay extra to accommodate us, but the attendant insisted that they didn't have rooms with king beds available. All of them on the first floor had been taken or reserved, so we had to go to the second floor to a room with a double bed. The phone in the room was disconnected, and there was no way to call in case of an emergency other than to walk to the office downstairs, which was inconvenient

Get what u pay for.
First tthe good, nice price, pretty clean, reasonable service. Now the bad, could not get into first room, so they moved me. Second room was 2 beds not a king as I booked. Room smelled like smoke. Beds were terrible, squeaked so bad. AC was really noisy. But give them credit it was clean

We had to switch our room three times, first time the shower doesn’t drain, second room it has a very bad smell and high concentration of Clorox that made my eyes achy , it didn’t have any outlet near the bed for charging purposes. The third one was fine but not great. Try to imagine to move your stuff like that when you check in at 8 pm and you are tired just want to relax! The staff in the front desk were nice but in the morning the cleaning staff tried to bust our door even we put don’t disturb sign!

Granola bars for breakfast, cockroaches in room
We got a room beside a very loud family with three little screaming kids - Luckily the man already said they would be loud, and the receptionist offered a different room. When I went to the bathroom at night I saw something scooting away in the tub, and which turned out to be a cockroach. Killed that one, and found two more live ones in the room. I contacted the hotel via email, but didn’t hear anything back. Breakfast was a far cry - only coffee and granola bars and a wet cinnamon bun. Juice machine didn’t work, no tea, no milk, no bread, no cereal, no nothing else. Not impressed with their “superstart” breakfast at all. Not a good experience.

I was happy with the location of our room. The woman placed us on the bottom floor and in the middle. We could only hear the highway now a little so it didn’t mess up our sleep.
