My pillows, towels and bedsheets had heavy stains. The maid service recovered and placed a yellowish stained pillow back on my bed. The breakfast options were limited, and the time frame to get breakfast has a small window. The bathrooms atleast worked and there was running hot water available, but the tubs filled up ankle deep when showering. The property looked beatup compared to the picture presented online, this place was misleading, over all, i had a anxiety filled experience. Regardles of the price, quality should be top priority.

Arrived to people waiting outside in the parking lot to check-in. The check-in area is a very small entry way before entering the lobby. The attendant repeatedly asked if we had pets, room limit 2 guests and non smoking. Appeared to be calling someone with our IDs in his hand.They required $100 per room deposit and asked if it could be cash. The guest behind us said it took her 30 plus minutes to check in and did not recall having have to pay the $100 additional fee. Several signs noting different $100 penalties. Seemed very sketchy. The door to the lobby has a sign on it that says it stays locked 24 hours. There were finger prints covered in either red jelly or blood on the upper door frame. We booked two suites. Upon entering one of the rooms the smell was absolutely disgusting. A cross between musty and weed. The room was non-smoking room. The blinds and windows looked like an animal had tore them up. The room was theamed. A car was supposed to be the bed in one of them.This bed was supposed to be a queen but looked like a full. Did not see blankets on the bed, only an old looking sheet that was pulling the mattress up on the top corner.The car was rusted. There was something balled up where the steering wheel went that looked like a pumpkin wrapped in duck tap. The other room the key card did not work. Absolutely would not recommend these themed rooms.

Me and the family supposed to stay the night instead of driving to Oklahoma in the night. But after checking the state of this inn, we all desided it's safer to drive to Oklahoma in the night 😅

When we entered the room, it was obviously not well cleaned or maintained. The window blinds were tattered and the streetlight shone through. The bedding was filthy and smelled of body odor. It was also covered with a yellow tinge and all types of body hair. There were also large cigarettes or cigar burns in the sheets. The bathtub had a rusty hole patched with clear silicone. The grout in the tiles had gaps and pieces missing. Expedia refused to refund our booking fee because the property refused to refund to them. This is the single worst experience I've had with both the property and a booking website. I will not use Expedia's services again and have already told them so. If I could leave a negative star, I would.

When I checked in they did not have the room I requested. The room was not particularly clean and sheets and towels are past there useful age. Disgusting over all! It was late so I stayed and left early. The next night I returned they had a new room, same disgusting towels and sheets it was late and I need some sleep tried to sleep but got bitten by bugs all night. I lefts at 5anthis place is horrible

The room bathtub was really dirty. Bugs on ceiling and floor. Hadn't swept in awhile. Headboard had hand prints and was dirty. The shower bar had been bent forward leaving the curtain to hang farther away from the tub. The chair was broken, so 1st time sitting on it it falls backwards. The pillows were very uncomfortable because they were old and the batting is hard. The mattress is lumpy and Stained. They don't use a fitted sheet, so the flat sheet comes off the mattress easily. The staff dont know how to read a reservation, kept coming and said you need to check out, you're past check out time. First day!!!! Then on 4th day then on 5th day. One staff member was yelling to get out. Had to tell them check the dates of the reservation. If I couldve cancelled and found anther hotel I would have. They are so disorganized. Apparently they don't know how to read a reservation. 3 of them came to the room on the 5th day. Terrible, terrible, terrible. It lists breakfast included, but they do not have breakfast at all. I feel like I was duped, and should get at least part of my money back.This hotel is a dump. Orbitz rated them 4.2 but on Google they are rated 2.1. I would rate them a 1.

The room was okay, but the room looks like 1980s with tills in bathroom as well as the forure area, fake wood flooring as well as the furniture looked to be up to date, just cheap kind of look. The main problem was, when taking a shower the water was not hot at all. There was nothing wrong with the cold this last stay because it was hot out side. The other times before was and tried to tell the desk person the water does not get hot at all. This during the winter months, was just to cold. I said I would not come back, but i for got about the water situation, till I got to the room.

Dont judge it by the looks! Staff was super nice, rooms were much better then expected, all things considered we were impressed! Even my super judgy teen was surprised how decent the place was!

When we arrived there I went to check in and was changed for my service dog and was given a room that smelled like mold they wouldn't clean the room and we got woken up the next morning and was told to move to another room because of maintenance needed to be done on the room we were in once we moved we got told we would have to pay for my service dog 20 dollars everyday or leave that was an extra 120 and we tried to pay to stay one extra day and they refused to take my wife's card for payment and we were told that we left the service dog by itself and we were going to be charged 100 we left the property right away because they are just trying to make sure you pay more money for there drug infested rooms

Stayed a week with my family and ESA dog frist night had to pay for my service dog then got refunded then they came with the police and said they needed to do maintenance on our room and then they said we had to pay for my ESA service dog or I would have to leave the property that was another hundred and twenty dollars the room smelled and people are walking around at all hours of the night talking outside your door seen bugs would not recommend this place for families or children

worst hotel experience in 30yrs
Took over 20 mins to check in, room had bugs and was dirty, no hot water for 2 of the nights, not enough linens for 2 people in double room. Was in town for event which we spent 14hrs at, just to tired to argue at hotel , rest of area was booked or way over priced at that point .

Basic bones of property good, but needs tasteful new paint job, new towels, check and repair of room ammenities like anti-theft hangers for clothes that are missing; repair of commode that is loose from its mooring; and a deep cleaning of tub and bathroom. Property is just showing signs of neglect and poor aesthetic maintenance. Location is great! Price for accommodations too high for visit value.

Just spend $20 more for a better stay somewhere else. Toilet didn’t flush, bathtub leaked, non smoking room smelled like smoke and had burn marks on the bed, pillows smelled like mildew, tile floor was broken and loose in spots, shady people wondering around parking lot. Front desk worker seemed over it all and just didn’t care.
