Staff was nice. Stairwell smelled like someone threw up in there. Halls smelled bad. The room was actually nice. In need of some repairs but nice. But has an early flight out the next morning so B only stayed for one night. Prob won’t be doing that again

First room they gave me hadn't even been cleaned yet then they moved me to a different room which turned out to not even have a working AC and that room was very hot up on the third floor and the elevator was not working. Ended up leaving and finding other accommodations

I’m not sure who the market is for this hotel, but it’s not me. Everything everywhere smells like cigarettes used an entire can of Fabreeze to get the stink out of the room. Worried about my car, dogs in the rooms, screaming, loud music all hours. The staff tried hard, front desk was nice but weary. Housekeeper for my room tried hard and they all need a raise. Looked into a couple open rooms while coming & going, how anyone could trash a hotel room so badly! Elevator is broken, the lobby is locked except 11-7, it’s just a scary place. Bathroom is large, great hot water and shower head.

This should be a ZERO!
Our flight was delayed and we did not arrive until after 7:00. The doors were locked. I called and talked to the night manager. He refused to let us in and then the company refused to give me a refund. We we couldn't find a room anywhere and ended up sleeping in the airport. Worst experience ever.

I showed up to said property and they 'moved' us to another property??? Then we still have not been refunded. We did not approve a move from the address we were given for our stay. This is poor business and a crappy hotel environment

The property itself looks like they tried to hide a bunch of issues with a coat of paint. The area of town is on the sketchier side. The rooms are in short supply because there are so many people just living there - FORGET about parking. The elevators don't work.(from what I gather, they haven't for awhile and won't in the foreseeable future). The walls are paper thin, so from the time I woke up until the time I fell asleep I heard the room next door's kids SCREAMING. This place presents itself as something nice, but if it hasn't been for the cancelation policy, we would've gone somewhere else.

The worst place ever
The worst long term stay inns I have ever been to. They don't provide toilet paper....they clean your room only once a week....staff is rude...the whole place smells bad. Their elevator is not working for a long time now and they expect you to haul your luggage up the stairs yourself..they don't help or have any sort of cart/luggage dolly to help you. One staff member asked me for $50 to help me bring my bags from my room to the uber car....it is ridiculous!! They should be offering elderly people help without asking for money since it's their elevator that is not working. Horrible place!!!! Don't ever stay there

We were late to check-in. Able to finally get a hold of the 'night' person. Denied room. So many people just hanging around in the parking lot. Felt like we were trying to check in to a homeless shelter. Felt very unsafe.

Beware of Fine Print Front Desk Hours
The front desk hours were only 3 PM until 6 PM which was noted in fine print on the website. The hotel never called to ask where I was or make any arrangements for a late check-in and would not issue a refund. Do not bother with this property as they offer zero flexibility. Hotels.com will also stand with the property and will not advocate for you or offer any account credits. Buyer beware!

This property refused to allow me to stay because I had a service animal & the owner doesn’t like dogs I was forced to find alternative accommodations at a higher rate! This property is in violation of the ADA & should be removed from the Expedia program

The office/check in hours isn’t convenient but the front desk staff was pleasant & professional. The housekeeper “Michelle” was very friendly and helpful. They also did a great job on their remodel. My room was nice and clean.

This place is kind of a combination between a furnished apartment and a hotel, meaning you should expect much less house keeping than a hotel. In a two week stay, sheets were never changed. You get one roll of TP so buy a pack. Also towels are not changed so include them in your laundry. Positives: good location near shopping and restaurants. Great diner right next door. Good parking. Cost is very reasonable. Cons: the place reeks of weed, at least on 3rd floor. Also too many late night arguments.

I like that the rooms were new refurbished and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful! The rooms aren’t very sound proof so we felt as though we had to whisper because we could hear our neighbors pretty clearly. I wished I had been more aware of the check in process before booking as you have to check in in person before 6:30 or 7 in order to pay, after that the lobby is closed so I had to print off and sign paperwork since I wasn’t sure if we would get to the location in time! That was mostly my fault but I want others to be aware. The lobby elevator went out on our first day there and then the elevator closest to our room also went out during our 2 day stay there haha maybe just a coincidence. Again I appreciate all the staff and manger that helped us get our reservation and checked in!

Great hotel for a great price
Had to book here last minute and they were very accommodating and helpful. Front desk staff was clear in how things worked and made sure to explain check out process. Hotel was safe and quiet. Would stay again
