Es una excelente opción para una estancia en Downtown LA. Limpio, eficiente, cómodo, bien localizado, con muchos restaurantes cercanos. Volveré a este hotel sin duda alguna cuando necesite un hospedaje en Los Ángeles.

Hotel bonito y tranquilo.
El hotel se ve que fue remodelado y tiene un muy buen aspecto. Muy cerca de restaurantes, tiendas de conveniencia y transporte. Tuvimos un problema con la llave de entrada a la habitación pero nos resolvieron de forma rápida. Buena atención del personal del hotel.

Our stay at the Shelter hotel was faultless. Great room and great staff. Also the quietest hotel I've stayed in - no noise from other rooms in our room.

Esta ubicado en una zona que parece tranquila, no hay mucho ruido, las habitaciones son sencillas pero limpias y amplia, en general precio calidad van acordes.

Buen hotel, habitacion amplia y muy limpia. Personal amable y buena ubicacion cerca del metro. Piscina pequena aunque agradable. Por las mañanas ofrecen cafe y magdalenas gratis. Todo perfecto.

hotel cerca del centro de LA en koreatown
servicio excelente muy amables, pero las instalaciones muy descuidadas, el elevador con el piso estrellado, el espejo con manchas, el boiler se descompuso y nos quedamos sin agua caliente. Lo unico que mejoro la mala experiencia fue el personal del hotel

This hotel exceeded my expectations! From some previous reviews, I worried it might be a little run down or not that clean. I'm in my early sixties, so really didn't want to be anywhere funky. I was pleasantly surprised to find that both the rooms and the common areas are extremely clean and the staff is very available, friendly, and helpful. My room was large, sunny, and comfortable, with a good lay out. I don't love K-town but the block of the hotel is somewhat cleaner and calmer than most other parts of the neighborhood. The price is very fair for a hotel in a major coastal city. I will definitely return.

The lobby is uniquely decorated in a good way. The staff were friendly, the room was clean. Over all I'm very satisfied with my stay. My only real concern was there was no security bar to go across the door like most hotels for when you are in the room and don't want to depend on the door lock/dead bolt. This is cheap to buy and install. There is an ice machine and microwave around the corner from the check in desk. This should be explained to the quest when they check in as there is no microwave in the room. I didn't see a ice machine on the floor I stayed on. Not a big deal but I discovered the ice machine and microwave in the lobby area by walking around. These are suggestion not show stoppers. I recommend this hotel. It was nice they have there own parking under the hotel. Finding a parking spot is almost impossible in the area otherwise.

Don’t Stay here!!!
I thought I had found a great deal for stayed but I didn’t . I end up paying more with all these extras charges that they add on once you checked in and they overcharged for parking!!! I couldn’t stayed at better hotel . Never again!!

Dear Guest,Thank you for the feedback. The charges you have mentioned in your review is clearly stated before you make the reservation. The parking 30.00 and the service fee of 20.00 are both mentioned. your reservation was a room with a king size bed, but you requested a room with two beds at c/in and thats a additional 25.00 which you signed at c/in. So you knew all the additional charges before you booked the room.
