We are very surprised to hear that you did not know how to open the pull out sofa bed in the one bedroom suite that you initially reserved. Kindly note that our friendly and helpful team member is on duty at the building every day and it would have been her pleasure to show you how to open the sofa bed. Our records also indicate that you spoke with our team members via text and by phone on 3 occasions before you requested to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom family size suite. Our records indicate that you submitted several requests to our team: for more dishwasher detergent, extra laundry detergent pack, and 3 extra shampoo pacs. There are no records indicating that you needed assistance on opening the sofa bed. Kindly note that as a courtesy to you we did not charge you for delivering the requested items (even though we only supply starter items in the suite). Our records indicate that you saw our team member 3 times when she delivered the requested items and you never mentioned anything about the sofa bed.
