Cómodo, hace falta personal en el buffet
Hotel muy limpio, cama muy cómoda, cerca de dos estaciones de metro y caminando se llega al Emirates mall, esta al lado de una pequeña tienda de conveniencia. El desayuno suficiente, sin embargo el servicio puede mejorar para que haya personal que asista en el momento del desayuno; de satura de gente y no hay suficientes mesas y el personal es insuficiente. Estaria excelente si tuviera alberca con el calor que hace

Excelente alternativa para Dubai
El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, a solo 5 minutos caminando desde el Mall of Emirates, uno de los dos principales de Dubai y que, además, cuenta con una estación del metro a su costado. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias. La atención de su personal es gentil y de buena disposición. El desayuno es excelente y muy variado.

El hotel está bien, no tiene lujos ni nada. No tiene algunas cosas básicas que sí lo tenían el resto de los hoteles en los que hemos estado en nuestro viaje. No tiene minibar, caja de seguridad, no ponen toalla para manos. La gran mayoría de los huéspedes son gente que va por trabajo, siendo pocos los que eligen este hotel para vacaciones. Es un buen hotel de paso

Please remove the carpets in the rooms they are too old and even cleaning them its now beyond hoovers I was sneezing all night ended up buying antihistami e tablets which is not good at all.the toilet sink drains very slowly and the tspe is damaged

The rooms were more than adequate and clean. Hot shower, coffee pot, fridge, and safe for your belongings. Restaurant on site was good and very reasonable. Walk to the Mall of the Emirates with Ski Dubai. The only negative would be no gym & pool at the hotel but you can use the adjoining hotels facilities.

I recommend this property to other guests. During our 6 days stay when we requested something that we need, the staff delivers it in just few minutes. Location is convenient. We walk to the mall few times. Staffs are very courteous.

I was in queue to check in and check out- not enough staff to attend to customers. Saw 2 security guards but only 1 staff on duty at the desk. Asked for sleepers after checked in and was not in the room when we went back in the afternoon. Had to call for it. Electric kettle not working, only tea, no coffee. Mentioned to the front desk upon check out. Not a good stay.

I enjoyed my stay shame i was given one double bed room when i booked weeks in advance for two single bed rooms my mum is unwell and had to endure sharing a room with my sister the manager refused to fix this issue the location is the only good thing really not too far from downtown

Tivemos problema com a reserva e mesmo assim o hotel super nos ajudou, o quarto era ok, o tamanho de quarto padrao ibis, levemente apertado, banheiro tambem levemente apertado, mas tudo muito bom. Cafe da manha era muito bom, com ilha oriental e ilha internacional, muito bom. Localizacao boa, mercado ao lado 24h e varios restaurantes perto.
