Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that you did not enjoy your stay at our property. We separate our rooms into ground floor and upper floor so guests can book what they need. We always offer a helping hand with luggage especially for guests on the upper floor, and I apologize if that was not the case for your visit. We also have one of the larger parking lots for hotels in Durango accommodating all travelers from compact vehicles to commercial trucks. We are an older property and not to everyone's liking but we always offer a great value and excellent service her in Durango.

It has created to many issues in the past with irresponsible owners, and the only way to ensure it did not continue was to require all pet owner's to take their pets when leaving the property. Thank you for your feedback. It is still peak season here in Durango and we do our best to offer a wonderful value when traveling to the area. The building may be a little older, but we make sure to keep guest rooms and amenities up to date. Unfortunately finding a place to squeeze an elevator in is a bit of a challenge. To help combat this we have our rooms separated into upper and ground floor options to insure guests who prefer a ground floor are able to secure one and avoid the stairs. We hope you enjoy what is left of the summer.

We apologize for the sudden arrival of the box elder bugs in your room. I responded to the refund request from expedia this morning so that should be resolved soon. Again we are very sorry to lose your business but understand entirely your reason for leaving. We hope you might reconsider returning to our property as this is not a normal occurrence and we would love the opportunity to provide you with an enjoyable stay at our Inn.
