Hot rooms
Hotel with NOT air conditioner rooms very hot not way to sleep in there . They have all the equipment for air conditioning but just not turned on. Pillows very hard. I will not come back to this location for sure .

I would like to mention that ALL the rooms have airconditioning and that there is a soft and a firm pillow per person on the bed at your choice. Location, location, location
Location is super to access centre and bus service. Room was great. Only one toweling dressing gown because they usually cater for business people and quick to give a second one. Good selection for breakfast. 100% going back there again, it’s a no-brainer.

Muy buen hotel
Muy buenos servicios, habitación espaciosa, una experiencia fantástica. La única contra es que no es tan céntrico como anuncian. Está muy cerca de la estación principal, pero una gran avenida los separa y más allá se encuentra el verdadero centro

Hotel para ir a dormir un par de dias y punto.
Al estar el hotel en la confluencia de dos avenidas, se escucha mucho el tráfico incluso si la habitación da a la parte de atrás. El precio del desayuno no lo merece.

Muy bien ubicado
Relación calidad/precio excelente. El autobús del aeropuerto te deja en la estación central que queda a dos minutos andando del hotel. Es muy tranquilo. El centro queda a cinco minutos . El servicio de trenes en la ciudad es fantástico. El punto de información turística está muy cerca y el personal es muy servicial y amable.

When I booked on Expedia I booked a standard room I selected the wrong one a standard room can be a room with 2 twin beds.. my receipt only said standard room so I didn’t realize I had made a mistake. Ms.Martina the manager on duty was unwilling to make a simple change and I called Expedia Gold… although I am now platinum and still Expedia would not contact the hotel to help me get the right room. What do you think about that? I went to the Expedia website and I saw that they still had other standard rooms at the same price available. So they just didn’t want to do it. And Ms. Martina gave us the noisiest room. The person upstairs must have had dumbells and continuously dropping them. I am sure that these hotels give Expedia customers always a bad room at the end of the hall or near the elevator. And never is Expedia able to help you with a problem, they say sorry sorrry. I better off fighting gwith the hotel directly by booking with them directly I think then they would appreciate the $170 a paid a little more. I unhappy with Ms.Martina and Expedia!!!!
