Hostel Inn Calafate had great service and is in a very convinient location but the rooms could use an update. The bed was old and creeky, the ground floor window in our room didn’t lock nor did the cabinet in the room and the shower, while hot and strong, was difficult to work and had mould growing in the corner.
Breakfast was minimal. Cereal, yogurt, fruit cocktail and toast.
The shared kitchen was nice to have and good enough to make a basic meal in but pretty lacking in cooking utensils and no shared basics (I.e. oil).
It’s a relatively small place and was quite quiet while we were there.
There is a cat in the space that sleeps on the couches.
