Good Experience
Arabian Suites is an well located specious apartment hotel in Bur Dubai which gives you the privacy and access to all the preferred sites in Dubai. Clean and spacious rooms with high ceilings which makes it an excellent place to stay for unwinding. Food is not great but you can get food delivered from hotels close by who offer an excellent home delivery menu.

Hotelli sijaitsi ihan ok alueella, metroasemalle vajaa 2km. Hotelli oli muuten pettymys. Tänä vuonna tämä oli jo kolmas kerta Dubaissa ja olemme majoittuneet aikaisemminkin suunnilleen samanhintaluokan/alueen hotelleissa. Hotellihuoneessa kaikki oli vähän rempallaan ja ei vastannut kohteen ilmoitusta. Huoneesta puuttui kahvinkeittomahdollisuus, pesukonetta ei ollut, wc.pönttö rikki, suihku suihki mihin tahansa, uuni oli niin tahmea ettei siihen voinut koskea, tv ei näkynyt kuin niin sameasti että oli mahdotonta saada tekstistä selvää. Ilmoitimme puutteista ystävällisesti, seuraavana päivänä toivat pesukoneen, joka oli rikki. Palvelu oli epäystävällistä. Jotain hyvääkin, allas alue oli rauhallinen, sai lähestulkoon olla aina yksin siellä.

Don't stay here!
Like others, I expected this to be a 4 star hotel. I booked one of Wotif's 'mystery hotels' and assumed it would be good quality as a 4 star hotel should be. It was 2 star at most. We were shocked, and I will think twice before booking a mystery hotel again. The view out the very dirty window was of the back of another apartment only meters away. The decor was dated, damaged and uninviting. The tile grouting on the floor and around the bath was filthy. The toilet paper holder was broken in the bathroom, and there was only one towel. When we rang to ask for some more towels they took forever to come so we had to ring again. It was miles from anywhere. It took us 25 minutes in the heat to walk to the nearest metro station. Apparently "This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation." I assumed they had a shuttle and tried to contact them before arriving but got no reply. I rang when we arrived in Dubai and was told they didn't have anything and we'd have to get a taxi so we had to join the queues at the airport and it was expensive. The man on the front desk gave us directions to an address in Dubai and we caught a train and taxi only to find they'd sen I don't trust the good reviews on this site, anyone who gives this a good review has never stayed in a 4 star hotel.

Dreckiges Hotel in indischen Viertel
Das Hotel ist evtl. nur zum schlafen. Im Hotel gibt es keine Atraktionen. Pool abgesperrt, Gym geschlossen... Die Zimmer sind dreckig und dunkler. Fenster mit dicker Sandschicht bedeckt, seit langem nicht gewachsen. Die Küche unzureichend ausgestattet, ein altes Topf und vier Teller. Ein Essen vorzubereiten geht nicht. Wir waren sehr entseucht.

Was listed as a 4 star. Not even close.
There hotel staff were not at all helpful. There was mold in the bathroom. The kitchen was not equipped. There were stain on the sofa. The bathroom smelled. Not a good experience. We had to change hotels. The location was also horrible.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in!!!
Hotel was dirty, reception guys were unfriendly and sleepy (I arrived at 2AM from the airport) and my room door couldnt be locked as the lock was broken! I am travelling a lot and this hotel is a far cry from being a 4* hotel!!! It deserves a 1-2* max! Very disappointing :((( Although I paid for 2 nights, I left the hotel after 6hrs. That was the best decision as I am enjoying a clean and nice room now!

It was supposed to be a 4star hôtel
When I booked this hôtel it was supposed to be a 4star surprise. But it was far from it. At thé most It should rate 2star hôtel. Thé breakfast was horrible. Thé location so so because we had to take a Taxi to the Metro. It was too far to walk there. I am very dissapointed with expédia for this.

Great Staff that really CARES
Hotel Staff was completely 100% customer service oriented. This made well deserved stay pleasant. What was amazing that the staff did this so easily. I will return to ABC Arabian Suites they are on the top of my list.

Worst hotel in Dubai
This hotel is a brothel. I had to sleep one day as it was very late and in the morning I woke up with immense pain my whole body. I left the hotel next morning immediately. Wouldn't stay there again even if it was free.

ハード面に問題のあるホテル
全般的に宿泊料金の高いドバイのホテルの中で、部屋が広くリーズナブルな価格設定でしたが、安かろう悪かろうでした。コンドミニアム形式ですから、アメリカのコンドミニアムを想像しましたが、キッチン類（トースター、ヤカン、食器類）は不ぞろいですし、洗濯機は小さくて使いづらかったです。おまけに、お湯は１０分ほどするとぬるま湯しか出なくなり（フロントの説明だと、タンクの容量が小さいためだとか）この季節では風邪をひきかねない状態でした。広いスペースだけは評価しますが、それ以外は不満足なホテルでした。

Bien situé et facile d'accès.
Personnel de l 'hôtel très accueillant. Tout est bon. Le seul point négatif est par rapport à l'accès internet. Bien qu'on peut avoir une connexion WIFI pour 10 Dirhams à l'heure, on peut pas la partager ni l'utiliser en plusieurs fois. on doit droit à une seule connexion! Le temps est compté à partir de la connexion mais non utilisé.

As i have been a frequent visitor to Dubai and all of my travel is due to business this was the worst experience i have had in my life time, the receptionist was like a barking dog , very unfriendly and rude, I had booked a 2 bedroom suite and we were 3 guests, we were provided with just one room key as that was all they had per room and upon requesting another one we were told that there is someone at reception 24 hrs and they will take us to the room and open the door if required, there were no shower curtains, tissues, glasses, cutlery and the best of all safety box was movable anyone could pick it up and take it away without any hurdle, forget complimentary water are coffee maker or tea bags. This one is hilarious so we called the housekeeping for a box of tissues and to our surprise we were asked why do we need them, there were 4 small arabic style tea glasses ( shot glasses) and when we requested for 4 proper glasses we were provided with 2 again telling us that that was all they had, breakfast was at its worst with all stale food and no variety at all. In short stay is not recommended at all, please book anything else but this hotel.

My stay
Overall it was good. It's cheap that's why you only get what you paid for. It's good value for it comes with breakfast. The appliances are not so great but still in working condition. It might also help it the staff can communicate in English. It's near the airport and public transportation.

Nice hotel, close to downtown and all amenities
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, although it was for 3 days only. The staff was very helpful in terms of local directions and tourist activities, etc. However there were a few undiscovered treats that would have benefited from a 5min tour or debrief from staff on arrival. For instance, if there was a hotel gym or pool or even that there was the mini bar within the suite was left to my imagination. I didn't miss it because I wasn't interested but it would have given one that extra nice touch.

The king bed was just two beds pushed together with the split right down the middle . The kitchen was not very clean or well equipped . There was black mold on the tile in the bathrooms .

You won't find the hotel as described by pictures
First of all the receptionest was rude with us.. we were tired and kept waiting for one hour, bad uncleaned ACs.. bad swimming pool.. its like 2 stars motel.. Internet 120 EUDs per day.. the reception is only a desk... I don't recommond it only for desperated.

Very helpful and courteous staff.The rooms were lovely but need updating ie some room items not available (kettle) until requested.The pool area needs a face lift. I would stay again, a very convenient location. Thanks ABC for a nice stay.

Bonne situation mais pas propre du tout...
Très déçu de l'hôtel surtout par rapport au manque de propreté (poussière sur toutes les armoires, commodes, coussin de salon rempli de tâches, meubles griffes,...) le buffet Pitt déj est une belle arnaque... Par contre l'hôtel se rattrape par rapport à sa situation centrale (près de tout) et l'espace des chambres. Je ne le conseillerai pas.

Waren hier für eine Woche und waren im allgemeinen enttäuscht. Bettwäsche dreckig, Handtücher dreckig, sowie die Toilette. Das Frühstück war auch mangelhaft. Keine große Auswahl. Der Service war gut, alle nett. Hatten einen Wasserschaden im Bad und haben gleich ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Allerdings sind die Zimmer auch sehr hellhörig, man hört die Leute von nebenan, und besonders nervig ist der ankommende Fahrstuhl!

För dig som vill vara på språng mest hela tiden.
Helt ok hotell. Det var helt ok läge, rimliga avstånd att ta sig runt med taxi till open beach (ca 25 kr enkel väg), nattliv, Dubai mall, marinan. Självklart kan du bo närmare det mesta men då kostar det också mer och taxi är relativt billigt. Trevlig personal som fixade det du bad om. Internet kostade 10 dirham (ca 20 kr) för en timme på hotellrummet. Vi hade ett bra hotellrum med två toaletter, kök, vardagsrum och stort sovrum. Pooldelen var mindre fancy. Dålig städning och mindre bra frukost, men man överlever. Kanske inget hotell du vill hänga på men det har du heller inte tid med eftersom du måste ut och uppleva Dubai!!!

Not so pleasant stay!
The hotel is difficult to locate by visitors and not many taxi drivers have heard about it...so one has to constantly flash the business card to them...Also the most of the staff are not friendly and extremely clinical...No provision is made for guests on arrival like a bottle of water or some tea bags...Everything is charged and the prices are high. Although the hotel itself is comfortable but its way out from Metro Stations and budget eateries.

When we arrived at the hotel we were offered alternate accomodation elsewhere because apparently they had some air conditioning issues but I rejected the offer and soon after the receptionist allocated a room for us with no issues with not a word of explanation as to why he did not do that in the first instance.secondly the swimming pool and the gym were were out of use,we were diverted to another block!

A Bangkok 5 star hotel in Dubai
This is a real 5 star hotel. I am very impressed with everything. Excellent location, very close to the Metro (pulplic transportation on rail on top of the city, not subway) which is important for people who wants to discover Dubai without Taxi every time) Their staffs are super friendly.

Would never recommend. Rude staff. No free calls as shown on internet marketing. No internet (very expensive if bought). Worst restaurant. Don't trust photos shown. All photos and high reck rates areall illusion. Bad and tired place.
