Hotel con mal servicio, no lo recomiendo
El hotel está un poco viejo y lejos de puntos de interés, sin embargo, las instalaciones son buenas: piscina, habitación, etc. Lo que nos pareció muy mal, fue el servicio del restaurante (pésimo sentido de hospitalidad) y se tardaron más de 15 minutos en hacernos check out (fue demasiado tiempo, teníamos prisa y fueron nada empáticos).

Ibamos regresando y nada mas íbamos a pasar una noche en Dubai, por la cercanía al aeropuerto esta bien, el hotel viejo pero bien. Las instalaciones bien, el desayuno bien pero el personal un poco cuadrado.

El hotel es excelente, no es 5 estrellas pero sí cuatro estrellas y media, y tiene un precio más que excelente para la calidad de la edificación (más que buena) y el servicio (muy bueno).- La ubicación no es buena pero a solo 200 metros está una de las mejores zonas de Dubai ...

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Carlton Palace Hotel in Dubai, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I entered the hotel, I couldn't help but notice the outdated facilities that desperately need renovation. The entire hotel seemed worn out and in dire need of a facelift. The room I stayed in was a stark reflection of this aging facility. The furniture looked tired, and the overall decor felt outdated. The lack of modern amenities was disappointing, especially considering the premium price I paid for my stay. The bathroom, in particular, looked like it had seen better days, with signs of wear and tear evident everywhere. Aside from the physical state of the hotel, the service I received was equally subpar. The staff, though polite, seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. This resulted in slow service, particularly in the hotel's dining areas. The restaurant staff appeared harried, and the quality of service suffered greatly. Additionally, I must highlight another significant issue during my stay at the Carlton Palace Hotel in Dubai: the severely limited and inconvenient car parking space. Finding a parking spot was a nightmare, primarily due to the inadequate size and layout of the parking area. The spaces were incredibly narrow and cramped, making it extremely challenging to maneuver even a standard-sized vehicle. One of the aspects that deeply disappointed me during my stay at the Carlton Palace Hotel was the breakfast buf

Worst hotel ever.
It is the worst hotel to stay in Dubai. Their rooms are extremely dirty, bathroom shower floods the entire bathroom, the reception at the hotel have an extremely bad attitude and dont care if your not happy with the stay. I had a really bad experience staying at this hotel and there are too many issues for me too list here. Bottom this is an extremely bad hotel to stay at. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel. They have a 5 star rating which they probably got 30 years ago and have since dropped their standards. They are not even worth 1 star.

The breakfast buffet was delicious! Service of agent at counter so unprofessional! The safe in the room and the fridge didn't work. It was too risky carrying the passports with us anywhere we went. Milk for my little one went bad. There was mold in the shower.

Arriving late in the evening with a prepaid non-refundable booking made two months ahead to find out that there is no available room & had to wait for 1&1/2 hours to prepare a room after many disputes with the front desk. Ordered a club sandwich that turned out to be inedible .the room had only one tiny towel no kettle ,tea or coffee ,water ,soap ,hair dryer ,slipper and no safe box and tv remote not functioning. The bathroom was leaking and not repaired during all my stay This is not even a two stars hotel and will never step a foot there. Expedia must verify before posting on their site

Manque d'amour. Beaucoup d'entretien simple à faire et c'est dommage. Aussi le remplacement des tapis dans les chambres ferait une grande différence.
