Very nasty in the halls, looks like a hang out spot for party goers and the night staff at night. Too many people out in parking area hanging out. Rooms need better cleaning.

front desk very friendly and helpful but property was getting ready to close and was in disrepair. Dirty, and appeared that it had some long-term renters. Also appeared homeless people were using the parking lot and stair wells. Shouldn't be on Expedia.

When we arrived at the property we considered it what you would call a bait and switch. What it looks like in the picture is not at all what it looks like when you arrive. The location is dirty and filled with people who are obviously living in the rooms rather than short term stay vacationers. There are broken down vehicles in the parking lot and garbage everywhere. The worst part is the U-Haul truck that is literally stuck in the front entrance because it hit one of the support beams for the lobby entrance cover and, from what the front desk told us, has been there for a month! We were not able to check in because we were a little early and lucky we were because we decided to look for another place to stay. We found a different hotel and decided it would be better to share a room than stay in separate rooms at this location.

Property looked like it was built in the '70's and hasn't been updated. Woke up to a homeless guy in the hallway right next to my room. Duck's home football game weekend so the rates were incredibly over-priced. I would drive to Portland before I would stay here again.

They need to close for remodeling already
We ended up requesting a refund. There was rat droppings in the bathroom and main room. Nope- not staying there. The women working are super nice and very apologetic. It isn’t their fault. Most of the rooms are occupied by long term tenants and the vibe of the hotel is a bit sketchy. The hotel is closing for remondeling in December so they’ve let the place go. They need to close already. Don’t stay there!!!

The facility was in exceptionally poor condition, our room assignment was smelly (Smoke) and the furnishings were dank and gross. It appeared that there was an on-going renovation but overall, the space was unacceptable. We only stayed one of our two scheduled nights.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes the property is in poor condition and it is scheduled for demo at the end of the year. The hotel is understaffed and under budget so we employees do what we can with what we have to work with.

Don’t stay here.
Dirty, broken down hotel. Pool obviously not used for years. Heavy smell of industrial strength disinfectant in hallways and rooms. Filthy carpets. Don’t stay here.

This property is being demolished by the owner, and is in an advanced state of disrepair. We did not stay and the kind staff folks gave us a full refund. The large entrance awning is being held up by a uhaul truck because it has collapsed, and we were told by staff no maintenance is being done any longer. The owner is still listing this as it was when it was a well maintained facility, and it's a complete misrepresentation of the true nature of the property

After arriving we chose not to stay there. A U-Haul truck had run into the office overhang so I had to enter from the side hallway. Apparently there are people living in the rooms monthly… and the room was dirty

When we arrived, we could not use lobby entrance because a uhaul had crashed into the overhead portico and yellow tape surrounded the front entrance. The inside and outside doors did not close properly. There were many transient individuals loitering everywhere. We were told by front desk that the property was being demolished in 3 months leading me to believe this property was likely a temporary homeless shelter. The description on Expedia website was nothing like what we expected or experienced. We have never felt so unsafe at a property booked through Expedia in all our lives.

We're sorry that you felt unsafe. Yes the property is closing at the end of the year but not a temporary homeless camp. Just because guests are seen outside doesn't make them homeless or transients. Garbage every where, 10 min of running water to get any hot water to my room, TV was unwatchable (bad cable connection) and I had to clean the room AC unit so I could breathe. I do not recommend this place to anyone, not even the homeless.

This place is a DUMP! My family and I were given a room that smelled like marijuana, dog droppings, urine/cigarettes. After changing rooms, multiple times, we finally settled on the 3rd one. The smell of dog droppings and urine in the hallways made me nauseous. It was dirty, inside and out. People were hanging outside by the entrance to our rooms, which made me feel unsafe. We never got ANY room service AT ALL! The only good I can say about this place is that the staff were very nice. Whoever owns this property needs to give a TOTAL revamp, inside and out! If I had not prepaid for this, I would have left and paid double, even triple to stay at another place.

Don't Stay Here
I would not recommend this hotel. The room was huge, but the main lamp did not work and I literally had to screw the lightbulb in and out to get it on and off. There was dog vomit in the hallway for the entire week I was there. Part of the hotel is residential and that area was a little scary. Although I requested a 1st floor room a month before my trip, because I was having surgery. Unfortunately, my request was denied and I was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. This meant I was in pain all week. In addition, there was supposed to be a shuttle from the airport. I supplied all of the information, but no one showed up. They were supposed to have a pool, but it was green and non-functioning. It was adult only, but I believe it would be illegal to allow children there. If I hadn't prepaid for this visit, I would have changed hotels immediately.

Showed up with a reservation made through Expedia, following an 8 hour drive. Was it informed that there were no rooms available for me despite the reservation. When I asked how this could happen the front desk could not explain. When I asked what they were going to do to help me find loving or make it up, They suggested checking with Hotel 6. Additionally, the property looked like it was a shambles, not clean or appropriately staffed. I would not return here.

Racist employees and very dirty
A real terrible place. If you’re looking for illegal activity, drug use, dirty rooms that smell of death and racist employees this place is for you! I was called a beaner. I have included a picture of the manager who witnessed me being called several racist slurs and did nothing.

The only thing I can say positive was the location, for my needs. Property was not maintained. Website claimed to have continental breakfast, didn't even offer coffee.

Unfortunately, we cannot control what is advertised on these third party websites. We have asked time and time again to get certain amenities removed, but as you can see, no luck. As for coffee, we do supply coffee makers and coffee in the guests rooms.. Thank you for your feedback.

This place was probably 3star in 1970 but the lack of any maintenance in the last 52 years has not done it any good. The staff was friendly enough, however, the experience started going downhill as we approached the entrance door to our area. The door functioned, but the top hinge was at least a full inch away from the wall. Opening it, revealed a very run down entrance way. We had a non-smoking room, but it was probably smoked in for 49 years, then painted over. There was some sort of scent applied to attempt to mask it, but it just made the smell of stale smoke even worse. Then, my wife went to use the bathroom and freaked out because the toilet rocked. Upon inspection, it didn't leak, but there was about an inch of caulk around the base, I suspect used to try and stabilize it on a floor that is so uneven. The wifi was pretty much non-existent. We got a faint intermittent signal but gave up. Luckily we didn't need it and used the wifi at the McDonalds across the street the next morning. We arrived late and I didn't expect much because we decided to cheap out so I didn't make a fuss. Oddly enough, the bed was comfortable and clean which is all that we asked for. The shower worked and towels were clean so that is a good thing.

The front desk staff were friendly but the property was in bad shape. The room we were given smelled like dog pee. The carpet had many stains. The stairs and hallway had trash strewn about and strangely enough the light fixture above the stairs had trash tossed in it. The deadbolt wouldn’t lock so we slept as best we could with a chair wedged in front of the door. Needless to say we checked out the next morning as soon as we could.

The room smells like smoke the hall is dirty the toilet runs the tv remote did not work i had to lift the tv and push the buttons by hand the room phone did not work
