We try to have our maintenance guy fix all of the issues with the rooms that the housekeeping staff and guest report to the front desk staff. I am sorry that you weren't informed at check in about there being no housekeeping service done to your room during your stay. We hope to see you again in the future. Have An Amazing Day!

Mary, you are such a sweet guest. We REALLY enjoyed having you stay at Super 8. We are glad you liked most aspects of your stay & we will improve everywhere we possibly can. We used to do toast but people were burning it, causing a nausiating smell in the dining area. Also fruit, &still do sometimes,just not when you were here...We have tried just about everything & have settled on what we have,many choices for the diner type appetite,its usually a feeding frenzy on the type of weekend yopu came.We really do our best with it! Our staff is so awesome, so thank you for saying that! We have since cracked down on loudness and especially smoking which is now only allowed atleast 50 feet from the building! Guests satisfaction and comments keep us on our toes & we really care what you have to say & will make changes to keep valued guests like you happy. Thanks again, Mary, you are absolutely lovely!
