Esta bien para una noche
Es una buena opción de alojamiento de una noche. La habitación tenía algo de mugre. La cisterna no funcionaba excelente y en el desayuno no ofrecen agua ni fría ni caliente.

La verdad si le pudiera dar menos una estrella lo haría,nos cambiaron 5 veces de cuarto,en uno no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, en el otro la nevera y el micro hondas desconectado porque no habían toma cerca,luego me vieron entrar desde un principio con mi perro de servicio y después de 3 días me dicen que me tienen que cambiar de cuarto y cobrarme por la estadía de mi perro,durante la estadía solo 1 vez limpiaron mi cuarto. Terrible me han desilusionado.

Would not stay here again.. it’s a cheap motel falling apart charging as much as the chain hotels. Flickering outdoor lights all night long into room, dirty walls, beds , floor in need of new rugs, elevator did not work so we had to walk up the staircase with luggage

The front desk staff were all incredibly nice. The single elevator has definitely been broken for a long time. The stairwells were filthy & probably need remodeled because they felt interesting to walk on. The carpet in the hallway was stained. The place smelled like weed. The bed had someone else’s hair in it but over all the room seemed mostly clean. The side door entrance wasn’t locked & I didn’t need my key card to enter. The pet fee was only $10… so that was nice.

Property in very poor condition for the price charged. Rooms / hallways dirty, bed sheets with hair / stains. Elevator out of service .. it’s horrible , not sure why listed on Expedia Stick with major brands going forward

The stay was great. The only complaint I have is the second buildings front door would not open most of the time. We had to walk around to the side. It was a pain. Other than that it was a great visit!

I overslept, which made me late checking out front desk tried calling but couldn’t get through because of dnd so they left a voicemail not knowing it was recording while talking crap about their customers. The previous night I was locked out of my hotel room and was standing at the front desk for 25 minutes so someone can open the door because they cut my card off when it was not my checkout day. I also called front desk three times to let someone know I was trying to get through the door but no answer. Then about 25 minutes after ringing the bell, and calling the front desk, the employee walks around on her mobile phone having a conversation. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. I come here every week and every time I come they try to put me in a room that I didn’t pay for. Perfect example.. I checked in Saturday she put me in the wrong room so I called front desk to let her know and her response was “ yeah that’s definitely not your room” but she put me in that room smh very very, very unprofessional and unorganized! This is definitely my last time staying at this hotel !!

Hotel was alright the Hot Water only lasted for 10 minutes when I took a shower the walls were thin so I ould hear the people next door. You can tell it is an older building

I had a wonderful stay. This my fourth stay and second extended stay, this is a nice, clean, and safe hotel. The staff is great and it is very affordable.

The first room we went into smelled like mold so bad we couldn’t even breathe. Then they moved us to another room that had a broken showerhead, broken toilet seat and a ripped curtain.

We liked our stay here. Staff were amazing and cordial. Check in super easy and fast. We loved they are pet friendly. Room was neatly clean and smell good. Hotel is kind of old and would benefit to use upgrades or remodeling. But as long as it was clean Im fine with it.

There was a shooting right outside the building and someone was yelling to get in a side door. I went up front to notify the front desk personnel who was asleep. Had to call the office phone to wake them up. And when I spoke to them their response was that there was police already there. And I notified them someone tried to get in a side door and she needed to call the police. Breakfast was a joke. This place is not like the pictures. AVOID

Tory was AMAZING. Superb customer service! Give that woman a raise!!! I had to change the linen myself but no big deal. Saw a few roaches which gave me some concern in my last two days here. All in all not a bad stay. Just wish the gym was open but it is under construction so hopefully whoever comes next will have access. Wasn’t a fan of having to find quarters for the laundry but made it work. I’d come back if it was another temporary stay.
