The gentleman at the front desk, Rodney was the only positive experience. He was sincere in his apology. I had 2 wait 2 & a half hrs to get a rm. Only positive thing i experienced was the good conversation while i waited 4 rm.

Heavy smoking smell even in the nonsmoking room I was in, outer appearance looks a little rough, with one of the front doors not working. But my room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities. Worth the price if you’re just staying a couple days

Overnight stay in Fayetteville
The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, gladly providing assistance when needed. The facility as a whole was sketchy, they have monthly rates for rooms so it seems as if a majority of the tenants are long term residents, making the place seem as if it was a cheap apartment complex in the city. The room itself wasn't noticeably dirty but the presence of cockroaches all over the room took away all hopes of cleanliness. Other than the roaches, the room suited our needs. I would not recommend this place for those with children or weak stomachs.

Property should not be represented by any national chain. Roaches, sparking microwave, smell, trash in common areas (piles in corners and steps), dogs. Many issues may be related to clients. If on a budget, sleep in your car. (There are better, budget hotels in the area .

The worst motel 6 we have ever stayed at. Very dirty, ran down, trash on stairwell, room smelled of cigarettes (non smoking), no breakfast option.

Fayetteville Motel 6 is a disgusting and ghetto!!!
This place was a ghetto. As I walked to my room there was feces and filth in the walkways. Three guys were conducting a drug deal in the stairway. It was being used as long-term housing for the homeless and illegal immigrants. I never even got to my room - I went right back to the lobby and cancelled my stay. They filled out some hand-written refund paper and made me sign and date the "blank page". I do not know if they actually processed my refund - I will dispute any charges that show up on my credit card from this reservation.

I have never stayed at a worse or more putrid motel. The place was filthy!! The floors were tacky, the table and chairs were sticky. There was urine in the toilet. The walls were dirty and had holes in them. I reserved a non-smoking king and got a smoking double. I spent 45 minutes cleaning the table and chair. The shower smelled. I was too exhausted to go somewhere else. When I wasn't listening to parties and loud music, it was the fist fights outside my room. The door was bent and didn't fit the frame so every smell from smoke of all kinds to dog urine wafted in. I didn't go near the bed for fear of some local wild living there. I put my head down on the table, because I knew it was clean, and slept a bit there. When I woke up there were roaches on the walls and a mouse by the sink. I left after a few hours. It was disgusting. I'd rather sleep in my car in the side of the highway with a serial killer on the loose. Just don't.

The worse ever.
This was the worse experience every I called the front office to get another room before the door to the room is broke and it didn’t close all the way…on top of that they told me I couldn’t get a refund.

The motel was conveniently located and relatively low priced. In general the motel was not kept clean or maintained. There was an accumulation of trash on the grounds and the floor to the room was so dirty that I left black marks on the shower floor from walking across it. The curtains were falling down and would not fully close.

I checked in the lady was very friendly the property was nasty was dirty I’m going to my room with my son what’s his 9years old he got bitten by a spider on the neck on the bed while he was sleeping at 3:30 in the morning it was cockroaches and I look like a shoebox I’m claustrophobic I had to leave there was people all over the place it’s not safe The door is not opening the handle is loose the even my son said mama this is not safe I put a chair that they had in the room towards the door in case anything happened air conditioner that I have a cover was not there it was black so you see the inside of the air conditioner there’s cockroaches going around in the towels were stained I don’t know if it was blood of it was just pink but it was just nasty I was meant to be there for 2 nights but i checked out nasty and I hope the manager of the property steps it up because it’s nasty

When I asked for a non-smoking room the room I was given reeked of cigarette smoke the room was incredibly nasty infested and we could not sleep because the room was infested with cockroaches

This was the single worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I understand short staffing. But the people in charge of this hotel are not capable of a basic level of cleanliness and service. Broken glass on the walkway, roaches in the room, both dead and living that I had to kill (I was told they are working on it and have pest control “scheduled”), leftover hair in the bed, and obvious smoking smell in non-smoking rooms. The night manager had a “that’s just the way it is” attitude, other than the broken glass which she promised to have cleaned up when I reported it at 11pm, but it was still there when we left at 8am. If we had had another choice at 11pm we would not have stayed and will not stay here again. You have a choice if you haven’t booked your room yet, don’t make this mistake.

I want a refund on my card! This place was so trashy I didn’t stay there I went and got another motel! I called the manager and tried getting my money back and he wouldn’t return my call and the staff said they could not help either! I called the night I checked in and immediately left once I saw how trashy this place was. I need my card credited back because I did not stay there.
