Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bad war neu und sehr schön. Der Außenbereich des Hotels war auch sehr gepflegt . Die Belegschaft hat sich sehr bemüht, meinen schlechten Englisch Kenntnissen gerecht zu werden und hat das super gemeistert. Sie waren sehr freundlich. Mir hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück. Vermisst haben wir bei einem Zimmer mit Balkon einen Tisch mit 2 Stühlen.

Mio marito era già stato nel vostro albergo x viaggi di lavoro e me ne aveva parlato molto bene. In effetti è molto carino ,funzionale ed il personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Great Short Stop hotel
This is a business type hotel. Fits our needs as we seat here one night on arrival to Florence to re group for next day motor trip to house for our annual extended visit to Italy. This small hotel is clean, comfortable and owner is very hospitable.

Short term stop on arrival
Clean, friendly staff, economical. Very convenient on arrival to Florence for 1 night before driving south to open house. Normally a considered a "business" hotel but perfect for our needs. Owners very pleasant as we have stayed before here. Good location from airport and rent a car location.

Comfortable stop on our journey
Stayed for one night and the hotel had everything to meet our needs. Morning breakfast was simple but very tasty and the staff was very courteous.

Great Base to Explore Firenze From
Fabio and Laura did go beyond our expectations on many fronts. Our reservation made in September 2014 was cancelled by the hotel days before our arrival due to a credit card issue, a total surprise to us as we had been already 3 weeks into our journey and never had a credit card issue. We very nearly had to chase another hotel in Florence. They showed us the last room left and we decided to take it. Not quite the balcony room we had booked. However, the next day Fabio and his staff moved us to an upper floor and balcony room. The breakfast room was quaint and had the cold offerings as most other breakfast included properties. The lattes and cappuccinos were great for sure. They recommended and made a booking for us at a real Tuscan cuisine restaurant in Lastra a Signa and we were not disappointed, it was excellent. This hotel is located in Scandicci a suburb of Firenze is an excellent value. Laura directed us to a short 3 Km drive to a free parking lot that places you right next to a modern comfortable commuter train that takes you to the main train station in Firenze in about 18 minutes for 1.20 Euro each. A price that can't be beat. From there you can explore Firenze at will and experience the area around Scandicci away from the maddening crowd of Firenze. We would stay there again if we ever went back to Firenze.
