Habitación normal, no pedía nada más, pintura del baño y detalles del baño en malas condiciones, lo preocupante es a la gente que se renta, una habitación al lado de donde estaba estaba una persona fumando crack a la entrada de la habitación, después de eso se notó la inseguridad del lugar

La señora que atiende es muy amable pero el cuarto no lo limpian diario la vista es horrible y el desayuno nunca lo sirvieron como se prometió

Como se le mencionó durante el proceso de registro, debido a COVID 19, nuestro personal de limpieza no limpia todos los días, especialmente con usted en la habitación. Con mucho gusto le damos ropa de cama y toallas limpias según lo solicite. Como profesional médico, puede comprender lo importante que es tomar las medidas de precaución correctas para proteger no solo a nuestros huéspedes sino también a los miembros de nuestro personal. -Haven Hotel

me fue super mal. luego de un largo viaje, cuando me fui a acostar, debajo de la almohada habia una cucaracha viva y en el piso tambien habian cucarachas. el baño olia a orin. era terrible el olor. solicite cambio de habitacion y fue imposible. no lo recomiendo ni por una sola noche.

Hotel solo para dormir.
Es un hospedaje decente para pasar una noche pre-crucero o para un vuelo a la mañana, ya que esta muy cerca de ambas terminales, la habitacion sumamente chica y una incomodidad bastante penosa para mi fue que no hablan español, por lo que cualquier requerimiento es una suplica.

Alojamiento muy adecuado inter-traslados en Fort L
Tras corto recorrido del aeropuerto Me recepciono muy bien Chris el dueño y me dio todas las indicaciones y me traslade a una habitación y su baño adecuadamente equipada como estaba descrito por hoteles.com. Descansamos, recorrimos un par de calles alrededor sin nada interesante y al día siguiente después de un sencillo desayuno pedimos a Mia nos solicitaran un taxi y nos fuimos al Puerto.Todo a muy corta distancia. Me ofreció para mi retorno recibir mi equipaje al mediodía ya q mi vuelo partía al atardecer y así nosotros ver algo de F.Lauderdale y lo pude hacer el Domingo siguiente sin inconveniente alguno y con una cálida y esmerada atención de Chris, empleado; Una grata y sorpresiva cortesía fuera de todo programa por lo q lo comento y lo destaco.

I think the room was overpriced. The room didn't even have a phone, was to small and crowded. I had a couple of times difficult to enter the room because the card kept failing , so I had to go everytime to the reception. I certainly do not recommend it.

Fort Lauderdale is a expensive market, especially in the winter. I know that if you compare our rate with similar hotels in the are you will find are rates extremely competitive.We are sorry you had a problem with the keys and the problem has been addressed. Un lugar para descansar. El hotel tiene algunas carencias de higiene y detalles no controlados que afectan la calificación. Sin embargo tiene lo fundamental, una cama para dormir y una buena ducha para la higiene personal.

We stayed one night prior to leaving for cruise . The room was clean and comfortable and cooling system was working properly. This was close to airport and cruise ports. Staff very friendly and helpful. Although dining was limited you could order take out.

I needed a place in a pinch and Haven fit the bill. I arrived late at night, but Ricky met me at the front desk. I was a little nervous because it is a ground floor place and the door had a single lock. The location is a little off the beaten path. In the morning I loved a cup of coffee and some cheerios.

Smallest motel room I have ever stayed in, it looks like it has had a basic overhaul, which is unfinished around the edges. No hot water! On the plus side cotton sheets, plenty of bits for breakfast and lovely people

This hotel is ok for a budget traveler who needs to spend one night there. No dining options in the vicinity. Hotel offers to have food delivered from two restaurants. The food was good, but it took over an hour to receive it. The room was dated, but spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. Location is close to the cruise terminal and the airport

I booked Haven Hotel at 11:30pm after my flight was delayed overnight. As I got into my Uber, I received a text from the property letting me know that they gave my room away. (As you can imagine, not a lot of availability/options at 11:30 at night, day of a reservation with a plane full of people looking for the closest, least expensive option.) They offered a room at their sister property, Vacation Inn, which was next door. Everything about the experience was unpleasant and I regret not just sleeping on the airport floor instead.

Outdated and tiny room
Place is so tiny, odd location, not very nice, no coffee pot in room, very inconvenient, soda, etc in main office only, no ice machine, get ice from office, outdated, but clean and saw no roaches or bed bugs. Would not stay again, but at least its clean!!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST place I've ever stayed! This is a seedy, rundown, unsafe, privately owned motel not hotel, located in a commercial/industrial looking area. Not only are the pictures and price discieving but it reminds me of a place that might be used for illicit activity. I made the BIG MISTAKE of booking last minute due to a cancelled flight and not reading the reviews. Only stayed one night but would have definitely made other arrangements if I could have gotten a refund.

Hi Spencer We always encourage our guests to leave factual reviews of our property. The pictures on our website are actual picture prior to remodel. Therefore yes you are right, the pictures on our website don't do our property justice. I also noted a lot of words like "might" or "remind me" in your review, as mentioned we like to stick with the facts. Unfortunately we didn't meet your expectations on your one night with us while your flight was cancelled, we encourage you to maybe try one of the 4-5 star properties near by. -Haven Hotel
