Realmente nos llevamos una decepción con el hotel, al llegar te recibe un olor demasiado fuerte a cloro que realmente te duele hasta la cabeza, ya en el cuarto los edredones de la cama estaban usados y sucios, y olian a pies. El cuarto parecía que no lo habían limpiado bien, encontramos arena en el piso y lo mas terrible fue empezar notar que salían cucarachas, que asco!! Terrible experiencia.

Horrible, mala limpieza mala atencion malos olores
La habitacion estaba sucia, el servicio fue de lo peor, dicen que es una habitacion para no fumadores y habian olores de todo tipo de tabaco, la piscina sucia, y las intakaciones de lo peor. El hotel no es para nada lo que ofrecen por las fotos y las descripciones.

Para empezar no servía el microondas y tampoco el refrigerador supuestamente me los iban a cambiar y nunca me lo cambiaron y mi comida que lleve se me echó a perder y un día antes de salirme no limpiaron el cuarto y a un lado del cuarto alguien estaba fumando y todo el olor a cigarro se paso al cuarto

Primero estuvo muy bien el encargado no había lavandería y la encargada se molestaba por ke agarrábamos hielo me dijo si agarrábamos mucho hielo a ella le descontaban de su cheke y la alberca nada mas asta las 9 porke no tenia luz

The general manager, Handan, was available to answer all questions I had. The property is undergoing renovations but it did not interfere with the trip. Out trip got extended unexpectantly and we were able to stay in the same room. The location was great.

MY BEDRROM WAS SMELLING LIKE MARIJUANA. I INFORMED THE STAFF AND I ASKED FOR A DIFFERENT ROOM TWO TIMES AND I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK ALL NIGHT. I STAYED THERE FOR TWO NIGHT AND I DID NOT RECEIVE CLEAN TOWELS.

The biggest downer was that the floor was a tad dirty, like it hadn't been wet-mopped in too long. And the window looked dirty, apparently with dirt in between the multiple panes. Otherwise, excellent!

This was my third time staying at the hotel. The past two years were a great experience. This year was awful. I was with a large group there for a high school wrestling tournament. We were not able to stay in the main building due to updates being done and the one that they had us in the conditions were awful. One of our party found a roach in her room as soon as she opened the door after check in. My TV did not work. The room temperature was awful. Don’t even get me started on the lack of water pressure and hot water for showers. The only good thing about the stay was the gentleman working at the front desk. I wish I could remember his name but he was very welcoming.

The blinds were broken and the shower head was broke in our first room so the staff moved me to a second room and after I already packed our stuff up and got everything out again, my son finds dead bugs and a dirty Q tip behind the bed. After 5 minutes of him walking barefoot on the floor his feet were black.. there was no toilet paper in the second room either. I couldn't get comfortable because it was dirty and poorly maintained. Needs a lot of work!! Will not be back

Bathroom door was so rusted that we couldn’t even move it. We were lucky enough to have a working hairdryer and iron but others in our party had to borrow ours because theirs didn’t work. Floors were disgusting. I could only let my kids walk on them with shoes. Beds seemed clean and were comfortable. Bathroom was also decent.

The hotel is pretty old and run down. It felt dirty. Our room smelled like boys dorm hall. We were just there one night, had what we needed and the bed was comfortable.

Not a good stay at all
Stayed 3 nights, 4 days. Room was clean and updated, however I had no hot water the entire stay. Told them day one and by day 2 they moved me to another room. That room barely got to lukewarm temperatures but was better then ice cold. Told them several times and they never came to look at it. No coffee in the mornings at the breakfast area. So disappointed, as the updates to the hotel were good and it smelled good but while most of the front staff was nice, no one ever came and cleaned the room, not once. They said they would credit something due to not hot water and they never have. Going to keep calling until they do. Would recommend to others the beds were awesome and super comfy but nothing else about the hotel I would recommend.
