Neat apartment but dishes for only two. Problems getting into the gate with the key and leaving the key had to leave the apartment but then could not get out of the gate without the key.

The communications with Expedia and owner of the apartment was horrible. I was charged two extra nights despite numerous phone calls and promises to fix the problem. I called before arriving two Gdansk and spent money on long distance calls. I was put on hold many times And they still charged me those two extra nights. I

Sijainti täydellinen. Hotellin kuvaukset eivät pitäneet paikkaansa , varauksessa oli parivuode ja tilalla ahdas pieni divaanivuodesohva, jossa oli selkäkipuisen ja olkapääkipuisen todella hankalaa nukkua. Reissu oli hääpäivämatkamme ja siksi toivoimme jotakin luksusta yöpymiseen. Suihku oli rikki, jonka kyllä joku kävi korjaamassa kun soitettiin asiasta. Lisäksi huoneistossa oli todella pahahaju joka ei lähtenyt tuulettamalla.

Vi fikk ikke den leilighten vi hadde bestilt. Det var ingen leiligheter på den adressen vi hadde fått først. Vi fikk deretter nøkkel til en annen leilighet på en annen adresse., men der bodde det noe andre!! Deretter fikk vi nøkkel til en ny leilighet i samme hus. Det var i 6.etasje uten heis. Dette var vi ikke forberedt på. Leiligheten var dårlig rengjort. Teppe i oppholdsrom var ikke støvsugd.

Die Unterkunft war in beste Lage, aber das war schon Alles. Das Apartment war in 5 Stock ohne Aufzug, vorher nicht angekündigt. Mit Koffer nach eine OP, war nicht das beste Es stand das kein Aufzug, aber nicht das 5 Stock ist. Die Küche war ok Badezimmer hatte kein Föhn, obwohl sollte es sein. In der Dusche selbe keine Ablage für Schampo usw. Das Kleider Kammer, na ja Wohnzimmer OK, Sofa voll Flecken Und die Treppen zur Betten, das war ein Hammer, sehr gefährlich. Der Raum für zwei Kisten mit Matratzen zum schlafen nur für Kinder. Nicht geeignet für Erwachsene, aber die Treppe nicht geeignet für Kinder. Würde ich niemanden den Apartment empfehlen. Am Ende am Rezeption nicht freundliche Personal. Bin sehr enttäuscht.

Appartment for supposedly 4 people with only two single beds and a couch that doesn't pull out!! Toilet stopped working after only a few hours of our stay. Called the property management and the rental office multiple times. Was told someone would come to fix it. No one showed up during our 3 night stay. Very disappointing!!!

Huoneiston yleinen kunto/toimivuus oli surkea. Portin ja ovien lukot eivät toimineet ja alkutiedoissa mainittu pesukone ja kuivausrumpu loistivat poissaolollaan. Huoneiston viemärinhaju väheni asumisen aikana. Eteisen lattiassa vesivahinko, kun kylppäristä tullut suihkuvesi tärvellyt lattiapinnoitteen. Paikka oli meluisa, sisäpihan vaunuroskikset tyhjennettiin aamuöisin kovalla metelillä. Näiden moitteiden jälkeen ei kiitoksille paljon syytä jää.

It was almost impossible to find the right address. did not find the first day and had to stay with friends. The next day, it succeeds in getting in touch with the landlord. Had to pay extra for cleaning. Cleaning was not done. The day I was traveling, it was almost impossible to contact the landlord. Had to leave keys to the apartment.

Majoituksen sijainti oli hyvä. Sisäänkäynnin löytäminen tuotti vaikeuksia, koska se oli eri kadulta kuin mikä oli huoneiston osoite. Yllätyksenä oli myös kolmannen kerroksen sijainti, hissiä ei ollut ja painavan matkalaukun raahaaminen tuotti jonkin verran vaikeuksia.

Vi fikk aldri nøklene til hotellet/leiligheten, vi fikk heller aldri tak i de som er de leiligheten. Noen på en restaurant der vi satt fikk tak i en av de som jobbet der og da måtte vi ta en taxi til den 7 minutter unna og tilbake i. Noe som heller ikke var mulig, grunna av dårlig vær,Var det heller ingen taxier som kjørte og vi måtte kjøpe et nytt hotellrom som var enda dyrere meget dårlig. Ønsker full refusjon av hotell/leilighet rom!

NOT RECOMMENDED
Definitely NOT recommend this apartment agency to anyone. I was given a different apartment address from the place I choose and confirmed online - instead of being on Old Town to being over a kilometer away from Old Town. The living room chair/couch was nasty/dirty with fluid stains and burnt damage. It was very inconvenient to look for the agency office to sign-in for the key to the property several kilometers away on the opposite side of Old Town Gdansk.

Dåligt städad när vi kom. Fann hår i garderoben, tandborstmuggen var ej rengjord. Hade beställd transfer via hotellet, dock fick vi endast taxi till första hotellet där vi skulle hämta nyckel. Vi fick gå med 2 barn och resväska genom centrum till hotellet..

Second worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in
Apartment looks nothing like the web site picking up keys took quite a hike apartment had electric sockets hanging off the walls we had to clean shower head twice to stop it spraying horizontally over an electrical socket as well getting clean picking up the keys involved a mugging as nobody mentioned a deposit or additional money for additional bed (blow up ) window blinds were missing l could go on all day but it’s easier to say don’t go with your wife and children there will be tears absolutely disgusting

The location was the best you could ask for. The apartment itself was spacious, airy and clean. We were disappointed to be given only one towel each to do us for our week's stay. We weren't given any details on how to get into the property, and as no one in the office was answering the phone, we had to find a taxi and get him to take us to a hotel for the night. This was an unexpected expense, and the hotel room added another 300pln to the cost of our holiday, with the cost of taxis over and above.

Hadde bestilt leilighet med balkong men måtte bytte da det viste seg at jeg hadde fått feil leilighet. Det samme skjedde i desember 2018. Denne gang var leiligheten uten balkong og uten sengetøy samt dårlig renhold. Fikk byttet samme dag uten problemer til en meget bra leilighet. Men det skal ikke være slik at man ikke får det man bestiller i første omgang. Det tok ca 2 timer fra jeg ga beskjed til jeg var i ny leilighet.

Manglende engelskkundskaber gav forvirring.
Vi blev modtaget med lidt forvirring om vi nu skulle bo der da vi ikke havde fået værelsesnummeret opgivet. Og da personalet i lobbyen ikke snakkede engelsk, føltes det som en lidt utryg start.studiolejligheden var fin men lugtede af røg- det ville være rat at kunne vælge en ikke ryger lejlighed. Bortset fra at personalet ikke snakkede engelsk og at lejligheden lugtede lidt af røg var det fint. Der var pænt og rent og billigt.

Itried to call to advise my arrival. nobody answered for several times. Finally I could reach them and then they said there is no reservation. I had enough, that 's it, i will try to arrange a real hotel at the last minuate, because obviously the did not find the reservation. When I looked at my phone at 19,00 pm, I saw that they answered now that the key would be there and there. Too late because I was already in the newly searched hotel. If they charge me now these 2 days it is not right and absolute disaster. They cannot charge but telling me on the phone that there is no reservation. I don t agree to pay for this.

En fin leilighet som ligger svært sentralt i gamlebyen. Litt vanskelig å finne frem fordi vi måtte første til et sted å hente nøkkel og fikk lite info om at inngangen til leiligheten var på baksiden av huset. Dårlig rengjort før vi kom og vi fant møkkete oppvask i oppvaskmaskinene som ikke var satt i gang, spagetti og søppel på gulvet og litt dårlig at det ikke var tilstrekkelig med sengetøy og kanskje noen flere håndklær. Ringte for å etterlyse dette, men til tross for lovnad om laken, kom det ikke. På badet var det overhodet ikke fall til sluk så under hele oppholdet ble vannet liggende på golvet etter dusj. Det som til tross for dette anbefales er byen Gdansk.

Hyvä ja tilava asunto hyvällä paikalla jos haluaa asua vanhankaupungin vilskeessä. Kaikki mukavuudet mitä asumiseen tarvitaan. Miinusta suihkusta jossa veden lämpötila huonosti säädeltävissä. Tapauksessamme myös meille annettu ovikoodi ei jostain syystä toiminut, oli ilmeisesti vaihdettu, josta hieman miinusta koska eivät useankaan sähköpostiviestin jälkeen olleet kovin halukkaita aiaa selvittämään. Sysättiin vain tehtävää eteenpäin eikä kukaan 4n pvn aikana onnistunut yhtä koodia selvittämään. Avaimet pelasivat toki mutta tuo koodi olisi helpottanut elämää.

direkt in zentrum, appt okay!
direkt im zentrum, apt okay, bis auf viele flecken an den wänden und auch auf den sofakissen. könnte mal wieder gewaschen werden, wifi nur nach nachfrage des codes endlich nach 2 tagen möglich. parken war hinterm haus im hinterhof kostenlos möglich. für die lage war das apt ruhig obwohl im historischen zentrum.nervig sind die hohen zusatzkosten von der endreinigung - soweit noch akzeptabel und deshalb auch gut an andere zu empfehlen, jedoch ist der vermieter absolut katastrophal, mails werden nicht beantwortet, an das telefon geht keiner ran und die beschreibung, wie man in das apt reinkommt (über den hinterhof) äusserst dürftig.der typ hinterm tresen hat keinen bock auf gäste und kriegt seinen mund kaum auf. irgendwie ist das kein guter start in danzig. das nächste mal also besser woanders hin.
