Hize la reservacion online una cama king 2 personas era una sola noche debido a la tormenta so era una emergencia y al llegar no tenian disponible, tuve q coger una habitacion doble lo cual ya habia pagado online 123 dolares mas 236 en el hotel osea una sola noche me salio casi en 400 dems esta decir q hize check in a las 11 y 40 cadi de la noche pq como dije fue una emergencia por la tormenta de nieve que me tuve q quedar

Pedí 3 días distintos que limpiaran la habitación y no lo hicieron, ni siquiera cambiaron toallas o tendieron camas, me dijeron que no cobrarían los cargos del resort y me cobraron el precio completo.

Where to start. I upgraded to premium room which included water, coffee and high speed internet. The water were mini bottles for the coffee machine that didn't work and the refrigerator didn't work. Aso when we went to our room it was 78 degrees, we were told they didn have the hvac on and to open a window. Of the 2 windows one didn't have a screen and the other one was broken. I did report this to the front desk and they did refund 16.63 resort fee.

Air conditioning broken 82 in room but when opening the doors to let in cold air in the unit outside was very loud. Maintenance brought a fan but it was broken. The bed this time around was a little hard. The staff was great and too Clean. Hopefully this was just a one time experience

It was clean but I didn’t like the $70.00 check in fee really $70.00 to check it I will never stay there again and I’m advising all my friends and relatives not to stay there

Only 3 blackjack tables were open. The dealer was cool but you can tell they took over a fairly rundown hotel and cheaply renovated. Table games were very disappointing.

I have stayed in several places in Black Hawk and for the price the Horseshoe is by far the best value. The only reason it does not have all 5 stars is because our doors to the balcony did not lock.

Property was a little dirty and outdated, we went to bed and woke up sleeping on the bare mattress because no fitted sheet was put on, only a top sheet laid over the mattress… wish we would’ve noticed this beforehand.

the casino was great. our room was okay, very dry and loud because we were near the elevator. The elevators took forever. They only had one working. They were very understaffed, which I understand but it did make dining and convenient. do not go to the Starbucks downstairs. The girls working were very nice but the manager was horrible. they were low on every type of food and coffee product and it was only 9 AM on a Sunday. parking was free and plentiful which was nice.
