Hallway carpet dirty. Coffee machine in lobby broken. Breakfast discusting with few options. The room was tolerable. The hotel is under renovations. May I recommend new carpet and paint in corridors. Replace the unit doors as the noise they make when closing is jarring. Get rid of the metal stand the bed is sitting on..... ridiculous! I am certain they are not compliant with fire code.

The location was recommended by friends. It is convenient and easy to access. Surrounded by food and shopping options. The room is clean and the location is well maintained. Unfortunately though our room on the ground floor had a lot of noise from above so I assume it was caused by poor noise dampering. The hallway was also loud well past midnight. I still recommend giving the location serious consideration because overall it's a good value for the price. There is an incidentals charge on arrival added to the prepaid room price so that needs to be considered also.

I enjoyed my 2 nights staying at super 8 by Wyndham, i called ms. Joan at the front desk to let her know i needed toilet to be checked out and she sent this nice guy name chris or cody to check it out and i must say he was well mannered and did everything i ask him to do and he was quick, i will definitely be coming back to stay because every time I stay it's always a pleasure be there and staff/clerk is very friendly.

Super 8 by Wyndham Smithfield/Selma Thank you! we had a nice, peaceful and comfortable stay! We enjoyed it and I truly recommend it. The room was great, clean and nice, the bathroom was clean, the beds were super comfortable and the hotel staff was friendly, kind and had a positive attitude. The parking was great, the area is nice and we had a nice time there. Thank you!

Older property. Website shows one thing and not what you see when you arrive !!! Still a smoking facility!! And it wreaks of cigarette smoke!! Horrible smell. Breakfast was an instant coffee machine, juice machine, mini muffins , yogurt , dry cereal. Toaster but no bread.

Dear Guest, it doest make sense how front desk doesn't work at the hotel. We also do not advertise truck parking. Please do not make false statements just because you did not make sure hotel did not have truck parking.

Low budget understood, however, the room itself was unmistakably overused without updates. The premier example of this was the sofa sleeper. The upholstery was deplorable and the mattress was something that should have been thrown out years ago. It was the caliber of room where I always felt that there was something to beware of which made the overnighter uncomfortable and unpleasant. And even prior to getting the too, the system declined our card only to find out that the two attendants, working on separate terminals, had something crossed and finally realized it after upsetting the wife.

We complained about cleanliness of room. The television volume could not lowered. No TV guides were available. The toilet paper rolls were empty and no bath cloths. The front desk clerk was indifferent and could care less. When questioned about the room, we were told this was the Expedia booked room due to the low rate. We have always stayed there when visiting Smithfield the past five years. NEVER AGAIN !!

Sign outside said pool was open. Inside they told us pool was not open. Under new management. The so called continental breakfast was not very great. Toast but no jelly. No eggs. Couldn’t make waffles. No fruit. Disappointing to say the least. On a positive note… it was quiet and very clean.
