Easy to get into Grand Rapids, location was lackluster in terms of views, you either get the highway or the river view is of run down buildings. Was annoyed as we were leaving we had a note on our car that parking was for hotel guests only. It looks like they were set up for some sort of parking lot construction, but as a hotel guest it felt pretty passive aggressive to get a note on my car.

The staff was amazing. The room had a great view but the room was also dirty still. Smelled like Curry and the bathroom fan that comes on with the light was super loud. Over all stay was fine for a night.

It's a Radisson, you should expect a little higher standard, even at $100. Our stay on 3/14/24 started with my wife and I stopping to check in and dropping bags then headed to a concert. When we got back and started to settle in, we notice wrappers in the trash and a dirty washcloth on the floor of the bathroom. We then inspected the sheets and found crumbs and an unknown stain on the sheets that was disgusting. I went and complained to the front desk and asked for a clean room and the agent asked me why it took so long to complain and I told him we threw our bags in the room and left and he acted like he did not believe me. He asked me to repeat the problem a couple of times and with a completely emotionless and unapologetic face he gave us another room. That one was fine. This place looks great if you don't dig too deep or if you take your glasses off. It is lipstick on a pig and is pretty rough under the fresh coat of paint. Won't do it again.

Not horrible, but not good either. Very outdated. Stains, dust, greasy fingerprints all around the room. Very outdated and somewhat creepy. Food offered was microwaved and overpriced. No restaurant there anymore. I am sure this was a great place back in the 80s, but it really needs a redo. Hot tub is large and hot, but not worth booking here again.

I liked the location, close to downtown snd I feel it's cheaper than the hotels there. Overall the place is good, but it needs maintenance here snd there. The bathroom has mold, as far as I know that's not even healthy, and the drywall in the roof was comming apart. The shower had brownish water at the very beginning, tgen the waters was normal. The hallways and elevator smelled like weed, from time to time, not the hotel's fault maybe, but makes you wonder, what kind of place is this? If they improve all these areas, I guess I'd come back

The whole hotel smelt like spicy ramen consistently. Room was unclean, food was on the carpet, blood stain on the window, semen stain on the wall, stains on towels, bedding, furniture, and pillow cases. Heard yelling, screaming, and crying at 3am. Felt unsafe, had to check for bed bugs. Checked out early and no refund was given. STAY AWAY FROM HERE PLEASE!!!!

By far, the worst Radisson I've stayed at to date. Entire hotel smells like curry because of Indian restaurant on first floor. Bath towel was really rough and had not one, but four yellow stains. Water diverter on tub only closed halfway so shower had low pressure. One of the toilet seat nuts was disconnected so seat shifted when I sat on it. Three decaf coffee packs and only one regular. No coffee in the lobby. Loved the pillows, too bad that was the only positive. Avoid if you hate the smell of curry.

Pool closed for service, hot tub open with black mold and floaties. Nasty smell in hallway, room was not cleaned properly. NEVER will I be back to a Radisson hotel. Totally disgusting.

Nothing at all. I will never stay there again and wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Toilet woildnt flush, go down to front desk they ask if i want a plunger, then they gave us a room to shower in and ot was dirty, crumbs all over end table, showwer wouldnt drain, very foul odor in halls and elevators told that is the propane torches and stuff they were using to fix pool (not good for someone with allergies and asthma. Never a mention of giving me 1 penny back. The lady working the front desk gives me a card with managers contact info he dont answer his phone and his voicemail is full, called back and they will tell the manager his voicemail os full never once took my name or number for him to call me. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE VISIT THIS PRIPERTY

It served it's purpose
The room was clean for the most part. There was hair in the tub and the floor under the sink was dirty, with some garbage still on the floor. The carpet was separated from the tile in the room's main part, and they had nailed the tack strip down so you wouldn't get stuck by the tacks on it walking over it. They advertised WIFI but the WIFI was shut off during our stay. When I asked they blamed it on the weather, but the skies were clear, and no weather issues so it is safe to say they just shut it off during their slow season. The pool had sand in it, not sure where that came from since it's the middle of winter. There was condensation that was falling off the ceiling into the pool as well because the temperature in the room was not adequate to prevent that from happening. Also, they advertise Starbucks but only have a vanilla latte that comes out of a jug. On the plus side, there was a mini fridge, microwave, and a small coffee pot in the room. The beds were decent. There were adequate plug-ins for electronics. The room was stocked adequately with the appropriate amount of linen for my group. The housekeeping staff was very friendly as well. Easy access to the US 131 north to Cadillac on-ramp, just across from the hotel entrance. Located near Walgreens, Meijer, and other stores to meet your needs. The hotel is only 2 miles from downtown GR.

The entire hotel reaked… the hotel smelled, the room smelled and after we left our clothes smelled. Someone decided that putting an Indian restaurant attached to the lobby was a good idea. I enjoy Indian food once in a while, but I don’t care to smell like curry or whatever when I’m staying at a hotel. All our clothes will need dry cleaning.

This property was not very clean. So many of the walls looked liked they needed a good scrubbing and repainting. The ice machines on multiple floors weren't working. The vending machines weren't working. The fridge in our room was broken. The tv went in and out and wasn't a smart tv. The pool was large and the hot tub was nice, although it needed to be cleaned.

overall a good pick
stayed with my friend for nye and it was a nice stay. we had issues with our first room with the toilet not flushing correctly, but the gentlemen at front desk were very nice and helpful about our issues with it and sent a maintenance man to our room. he was able to unclog the toilet, but shortly after, it clogged again. well the right description, is that the water just didn't flush correctly. i had called to let the front desk know and they offered us a different room and the toilet worked correctly in the new room. i like that theres a fridge and a mocrowave in the rooms. the view of the river was beautiful. both rooms we were in were clean. it was honestly a peaceful night too despite it being nye. the beds were comfy. overall, great stay and great customer service. happy new year!! (:

Nice stay
It was a nice hotel. We were only there for the night for a concert. The desk chair in The room was sweet. There is a Taste of India restaurant that smelled amazing but we were too hungover to try it.
