So... this property looks gross and there were people outside of this property hollering at anyone trying to go inside to take their money elsewhere... that this property notoriously double charges all their guests no matter how you pay (i was paying at the property)... not having extra funds on this jaunt out of town, we did not stay there at all. Also, I paid $9 extra for this reservation for the protection yall offer for satisfaction and all and when cancelling, questions and concerns were directed to the hotel and their managment company since that was the ONLY phone number in my confirmation email. Definitely not satisfied with the fact that with this protection i needed to file a claim online instead of talking with a real person to immediately rectify or take care of a situation when i did not have the time to wait for a reaponse... and still had to spend way more than planned on another room somewhere else.
