Molt amables.esmorzar fantàstic. Al ser un edifici totes fusta la nostra habitació tenia el terra lleugerament inclinat i feia sensació de mareig.

Poco confortable
Llegamos 10:30 pm y no había nadie en recepción y la puerta de "la pensión" cerrada, después de golpear fuertemente por 15 min nos abrieron y nos dijeron que había recepción hasta las 9:00 pm; camas poco confortables, escriben pillows menú, y las almohadas son muy delgadas; el baño es absurdo.

Hotel frustrante
Parecía un hotel acogedor y de buen trato. Sin embargo, fui tratado con menosprecio por el personal, que no fue para nada amigable. Se negaban a atender simples peticiones. Incluso cancelaron el transporte que tenía contratado con ellos para llevarme a la estación de tren el último día. Habitaciones pobres y poco confortables.

We loved our stay here. The balcony with Mountain view’s was spectacular. The staff was extremely helpful and kind throughout our enjoy stay. 5/5.

Everyone working there was super helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the shower surprisingly had fantastic water pressure. The building is quite old so you can hear anyone in a room next to you and above you quite clearly. The rooms were smaller than expected and a bit more “backpacker” style than what I envisioned. The location is up the hill from town which was fine for us (we don’t mind the walk) but we also had free access to the local bus that we took advantage of a couple of times during our 4 day stay. If I was in my 20s again I’d be happy with everything about the hotel, however in my mid 30s I think I’ve outgrown the elevated backpacker style of accommodation.

As we tend to belong to the cheaper hotel category, we are a little surprised by the classification of backpacker, but we take note of it. With kind regards

So weit sehr sauberes Zimmer, alles was man braucht hat man auch vorgefunden. War richtig gemütlich und angenehm. Frühstück war auch super, vieles verschiedenes zum essen und trinken. Würde das nächste mal wider buchen 👍😉

Everything about this hotel was great. We had a great stay, the owners were extremely helpful is giving us direction on what to do and whats happening around in the area. The property was easy to find - a short bus ride from the main train station. The cleanliness is top notch.

Amazing view of the Eiger from the balcony! Staff was warm and made our stay very comfortable. Bus stop is right across the hotel and guests get a free bus card to get around the area. We took the bus everyday to get to Grindelwald First and Grindelwald Terminal for access to various activities. Tickets for cable cars and other activities can be purchased at the hotel itself which was very convenient.

Great hotel with great view
I stayed in a room with great view of Eiger. Great hotel for a family. Breakfast was lovely. They served the best scrambled egg in the world👍

Hotel is beautiful and the views are amazing. Staff is very friendly, breakfast was great. I would suggest you get a ride or catch the bus. It’s just over a mile walk from the train station.

Beautiful view of the Eiger
Beautiful view, clean rooms, nice, hot shower, comfortable beds. Breakfast was great. Cappuccino machine, scrambled eggs, lots of juices, and various other things for breakfast, fresh bread and croissants.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in guter Lage. Etwas abseits vom Zentrum und somit sehr ruhig, Bushaltestelle jedoch direkt vor dem Hotel aber auch der Fußweg zum Zentrum ist kein Problem. Schönes Zimmer mit breitem Einzelbett und tollem Ausblick auf den Eiger. Die Gastgeberin heißt einen herzlich willkommen und gibt jederzeit gerne wertvolle Tipps. Das Schlüsselwechsel-System ist genial einfach. Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

The property was very clean, beautiful and it was an amazing stay. Service: The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were willing to give directions and options. Breakfast: The breakfast was amazing, the quality of the food was outstanding, the bread, milk and cheese was always fresh and local. You also had the option to make your own boiled eggs. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. The options and quality of food was very good. The Room: the room was spotless and very charming. One thing we had to get used to was the separation of the shower and toilet, but it was an easy adjustment. The internet was high speed. Location: You can walk down to the terminals at ease. Coming up, you can take a bus that stops exactly in front of the hotel or walk up too. It was a good location, away from all the business of the terminals and shops but easily accessible. A very quiet and relaxing location with a view of the Alps. It was gorgeous!!!

Location was great and beautiful views of the Eiger. Breakfast was wonderful, many options and Cafe was delicious. All employees were welcoming of English speakers, very friendly and helpful. We arrived after hours and they were very accommodating.

Hotel a Grindelwald.
La struttura è appena fuori dal centro, raggiungibile anche a piedi (15-20 min). comunque dotata di parcheggio e collegamento bus. Buona colazione. Ideale come base per le molte attività all'aria aperta disponibili nella zona. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile ad offrire consigli! Camere pulite con buona vista anche sul retro.

駅から少し離れていて利便性はイマイチだが
駅から歩くにはかなり遠い（20分程度かかる）目の前にバス停があるが終バスが19時前なので晩飯を外でとるときには不便。周りには店無し。部屋は小綺麗だが、シャワーが玄関の直ぐ横にあって足ふき場もなく、洗面台が部屋の中にあるなどちょっと奇異で使いにくいレイアウト。ベランダからの景色は非常に良く、山をゆっくり眺めながらくつろげる。WiFiは無料だが部屋からだと遅かったりつながりにくかった。価格が安い分、その点を妥協できれば有りだと思った。
