インフィニティプールが良かったです。 ビーチは藻が多く海水浴にもシュノーケルにも適していなかったですが、人が少ないのでゆったり海岸沿いを散歩したりリラックスするには最高でした。 今までタモンにしか泊ったことが無かったのですが、こちらのホテルはタモンにはないゆったりローカルな雰囲気。それがとても良かった。 シャワーの温度が不安定だったりタオルが部屋になかったり（フロントに言えば持ってきてくれます）アメニティが乏しかったりしますが、それらをひっくるめてローカルなリゾートと割り切って楽しめる方にはお勧めです。

何度も宿泊していますが、スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで、レストランの料理はリーズナブルで美味しいです。水、金、日がライブが演奏され、夕陽を見ながらライブは最高でした。 またホテルプールサイドのダイビングスクールの日本人ご夫婦も親切でダイビング、SUP,フィッシング、なんでも料金は安くて親切です。 My most favorite Hotel.

だいぶお手頃な価格のホテルでしたが、立地・景色共に大満足❣️ 強いていえば、プールのベッドが過半数割れていて、安心して寄り掛かかれなかったのが残念 お部屋も、もぅ少し清潔感があってもいいかな？ でも、穴場として友達に紹介させていただきました。

口コミを読んでから行った為、想像はついていました。外観はピンクで可愛いが、部屋はドライヤーなし Wi-Fi使えない(フロントに言って別のWi-Fiを教えてもらったがそれも使えず) シャンプーリンス無し タオル交換なし(フロントに言ったら貰えた) ホコリは多く虫が出る テレビは分厚いアナログ スタンドライトはボロボロ 外にあるプールは汚れていてとても入る気にならない ホテル内にある売店は現金のみ　など。潔癖でなく寝るだけなら許容範囲です。あまり期待しないでいくことをオススメします。しかし目の前がビーチなのは景色がよく良い点です。1階の部屋だったので窓からビーチは見えませんでした。(遊泳してる方はいませんでした) 空港からホテルまでタクシーで約25ドルでした。

Service is so poor I went up and down with my 2 luggage’s because they can’t get the room keys correct! At one point they gave me a key and someone was still in it. The room they gave me was so dirty and the door will not lock without slamming it. Staff don’t care there the pool was so dirty there is dirt or mildew at bottom of the pool being alone the water was black. I will not stay or recommend that place!!!

대체로 만족합니다.
아주 깨끗한 곳은 아니지만 친구들과의 여행으로 괜찮은 숙소입니다. 바로 앞 온워드 리조트, 셜리식당.. 등 시내에서 약간 떨어져 있지만 조용하고 괜찮아여. 특히 이파오 해변 볼거리 많아 좋구요.

タオルがバスタオルしか無く受け取りが夜7時過ぎにしか貰えなかった。テレビの映りが悪く、修理に来てもらったが改善されず、部屋の電話が使えず、何かあるごとにフロントまで行かなくてはならず、前回利用した時よりも質が落ちて残念でした。

5泊だったのでコストを抑えるためにサンタフェを選びました。日程的に4泊分しか取れずでしたが後にキャンセルが出たので1泊を新たに取りました。 部屋も可もなく不可もなく。建物自体が古い。シャワーが弱い。電気が間接照明のみ。テレビのチャンネルが少ない。などはありましたが、お値段を考えるとまぁこんな物かなと。変な予約の取り方になってしまい、1度チェックアウトし、そのまま同日チェックイン。そして、同じランクの違う部屋で取られてましたが、そのまま続けて使えるように部屋を調整して頂けました。荷物をまとめずにゆっくりさせて頂けました。そして外、廊下でも気さくに挨拶してくれとても対応が良かったです。とてもとにかく繁華街から離れている事もあり、夜は静かでした。枕カバーにシミがあり、伝えたら直ぐに新しいの物に変えて頂けました。 総合的に値段相応かなと。

ホテルに電気がなく、夜はベッド横とテーブル上の小さな電気だけでした。また年季がすごく入ってる感じで、床などもあまり綺麗ではなかっです。ポットもなく、お湯が欲しい時は、受付かレストランまで貰いに行かないといけませんでした。オーシャンビューなのはとてもよかったです。

前回もそうだったけど、中途半端に安いホテルに泊まると、値段相応で結果的に不満いっぱいで終わる。 アメニティは最低限で、コンディショナーは使いかけと思われるものがあったり、タオルはバスタオルだけで不十分。 朝食は場所は良い。量はあるけど油っこくて質は悪い。

ドライヤーが無い、タオルが無い、電話が部屋についていない、キングベッドを予約したがシングルを２つくっつけたモノで非常に寝にくい。 上記のように予約内容と全く違ったの最悪だった。Expediaは信用できなくなった。

For the price i paid i feel i got cheated out my money! Could've went to a motel. Beds are hard and old , it smells, pillows are flattened, no towels only had to ask a few times till the front desk supervisor

Granted, this property is privately owned, but as much as the rooms cost, I would have thought this place would be better kept. On the positive side, the outside breakfast area has a great beach view and a fine breakfast; but that's where it stops. Our room was anything but comfortable: from the filthy looking carpet, the AC that blew cold air no matter what we set the thermostat to, the shower that dribbled water, and hot flashes like everyone was flushing their toilets and a bed that we could feel the springs through. Oh, and our "garden view" room that overlooked the trash and jet ski maintenance shop. Not nice. and never again.

Unhealthy conditions, unprofessional staff
When I checked in they sent me to a room with BLACK MILDEW / MOLD on the ceiling by the AC vent. It was very noticable. I went downstairs and asked to change rooms and the front desk agent was not very sympathetic or apologetic at all - as if this isn't a major health concern. The next day two male "maintenance" workers (no ids) walked right into the room I was in. They had been fixing it, they explained. Yes, the AC was leaking. Yes, I had the "Do not distrub" on the door. As a female that pretty extra freaky. They seemed freaked out too as it was clearly a mistake, but still. Again, mentioned it to the front and they didn't seem to see my concern. I certainly wont be staying there again and wouldn't recommend to anyone - black stuff in the air ducts is probably a major health concern that someone should do something about besides just painting over. Yuck.

Too filthy to stay.
The hotel looked great in the photos, but when we got there, we noticed how run down, not clean at all. The wi-fi was so slow, it was useless, the room was not cleaned, we found hair in the bathroom, in the stained bed sheets and pillow case, so we had to call house cleaning service before going to bed. The ceiling was leaking, making the part of the room and carpet wet and stink. I booked a room for a family of three, but they only provided two pillows and two towels. When I asked for extra pillow, the staff mentioned there maybe an extra charge. Many things, including ice machine, elevator, was not working. We asked about the location of museums etc., since where was no we-fi, they had no idea, and were not very helpful.The location was great, and it could be a great place to stay if the owner kept it up, maintenance and clean it, provide decent wi-fi connection (or let customers know ahead of time, so they can rent a pocket wi-fi), etc.

Right on the beach. Nice pool and restaurant. Plastic chairs were broken so difficult to lounge pool side. Rooms were musty. The staff were quick to provide amenities to include servicing the rooms.

Nice little beach, but has several loud jet skis. Old, dirty facilities. Poor Wi-Fi connection. Restaurant downstairs is expensive and not good. Hotel is not within walking distance to anything.

최악의 숙소 입니다. 수건도 안주고 .룸에 생수도 없고 이건뭐 필요하면 프론트에 와서 달라고 해야 주는것도 아니고 가져다 준다하면서 안주고 2번 내려가게 하고.. 전화기도 없고 역대 최악의 숙소 입니다. 이곳에 오시는분은 예약 고려 하시고 돈 더주고 다른곳 알아보세요.. 수영장도 물이 지저분합니다..

部屋に電話がなく、何かトラブルやリクエストがある度にフロントへ足を運ばなくてはならなかった。タオルが日によって補充されていなかった（リクエストしたらもらえたが）。部屋の扉や窓が閉まりにくかったり、古いがゆえに不具合が色々あった。値段が安いので、仕方がないのかもしれない。ビーチに近く、海を楽しむという点では非常に満足できた。

바퀴벌레가 너무 많았고 청결상태가 매우 좋지 않았습니다.방 안에는 램프도 없어서 저녁 6시 이후엔 암흑 속에서 핸드폰 불빛에 의존하여 생활을 해야 했고, 프론트에 램프를 요구하였으나 3~4시간 뒤에서야 가져다 주었습니다. 바퀴벌레가 침대 위를 기어다니고 도저히 숙박할 수 없어 살충제를 요구하니 내일 아침에 줄 수 있다고 했다며 무성의하고 매우 불친절하게 응대할 뿐 사과 한마디 없었습니다. 참다못해 컴플레인 하였으나 사람 얼굴도 쳐다 보지 않으면서 단지 I'm sorry 만 하고 어떠한 피드백도 받지 못했습니다. 급하게 가게 된 여행이라 어쩔 수 없이 숙박 할 수 밖에 없었지만, 차라리 이곳에 머무느니 밖에서 텐트 쳐놓고 자는 게 나을 수도 있습니다. 드라이기도 없어서 요구해서 받았습니다. 그리고 저 수영장 사진에 속지 마세요. 수영장 바닥 청소를 얼마나 안했으면 바닥이 굉장히 미끄럽습니다. There were too many cockroaches and the cleanliness wasn't good.There was no lamp in the room, so after 6 pm I had to rely on the cell phone lights in the dark, and I asked for the lamp at the front, but only after 3-4 hours. The cockroach crawled over the bed and hardly stayed, so I asked for pesticides but he said he could give it tomorrow morning. I complained uncomfortably but didn't stare at the face of the person but only I'm sorry and didn't receive any feedback. I was forced to stay because I was in a hurry, but it might be better to put a tent outside than stay here. We did not have dryer and asked for. And don't be fooled by that pool photo. The floor is very slippery.

Unpleasant Stay
Unpleasant stay check in at 3pm get to the room there is no Towel Fridge was unclean left over stuff inside No coffee maker nor Microwave that is noted online . I ask the front Desk said its by request and I did but my request never arrived. Not even Hand towel or Face Towel Room was smelled dirty.
