La habitación estaba sucia con polvo en los muebles y la alfombra sin aspirar las sábanas de las camas con cabellos y una tenía un pedazo de jabón de barra pegado, cuando hice check-in me dijeron que el desayuno era de 6am a 10am y cuando fuimos al desayuno eran las 9:40 am y ya lo habían recogido y nos dijeron que era hasta las 9:30am no se quien estaba mintiendo.

Gracias por sus comentarios, vamos a ser lo mejor para arreglarlo para que no pase la proxima ves.perdon por la confusion pero el desayuno siempre a sido de las 6:30-9:30.esperamos que escojan quedarse con nosotros otrs ves.

The blanket on the bed wasn't warm enough The front door lock didn't recognize our card The TV was so quiet, we couldn't understand anything

Thank you for your post-stay review. Each room has in extra blanket in the closets, as for the hotel keys, sometimes when you have them near a phone or other cards, they do tend to demagnetize. I might come back?
Nice, convenient, clean (but smelled like bleach in my room) didn't like having to carry my luggage up the stairs. No elevator.

They did have a nice smoking area The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired we killed 3 bugs while we were staying one night the lock on our door wouldn't open when we try to get in our room every time

Don’t count on a good continental breakfast here. Only two choices of cereal, only bagels, lukewarm coffee. Best part is the convenient location to the Ocean.

Upon pulling up the knob to get shower to engage, the handle would not allow most of the water to go into shower head, I got barely any water and it was just warm, no hot water. Is it too much to expect a clean hood bed and shower; apparently so
