The coffee maker had used coffee filters left in it with mold. The threshold was missing in the bathroom. Very noisy at night with sketchy characters around.

There was no hot water when we arrived. The staff had it shut off to the room. The room smelled like smoke and it permeated our clothes the next day. Everything had to be washed to get the smell out.

The Motel is well maintained and the Hosts are very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is very clean and everything works great. Parking is plentiful and the neighbors are quiet. Wonderful experience. I wish them Well. Close to a nice small Georgia town with plenty of cotton fields all around. Worth a Trip.

This was by far one of the worse hotel/motels I’ve ever stayed in. It was so bad I went to Walmart to purchase my own pillows and sheets. I slept on top of the comforter due to the sheets and pillows not being clean. There was roaches in the the refrigerator…yes!!! Roaches in the refrigerator…the microwave was ridiculously old and rust all inside of it. Gunk build up in the center off the microwave was mind boggling….The bathroom looked like it wasn’t throughly cleaned…the top of the shower was soooo dusty! It looked like it hasn’t been touched in a few years….I woke up the next morning EARLY to check out and complain but no one came to the desk for 20 mins. Expedia…please do better !!!

We take pride in ensuring that each and every guest leaves here happy. I feel I got my money's worth. The room I had was recently renovated so I had a new AC, mini-fridge, etc. and it was very clean.

First of all if they are going to do breakfast they really need to either letgo of the three choices of cereal they offer or step it up. I understand they might waste sometimes but if this is all they have to offer then give it up.

Breakfast was only cereal and coffee. They really didn’t have space for much. I thought continental breakfast was cereal and doughnuts or toast at the very least With juice and coffee.

We do serve a continental breakfast from 6-9 a.m. and serve 3 different types of cereal, always have bread and different jams, pastries of some sort, juice and milk. We do have a mini fridge behind the breakfast counter that has the juices and other breakfast items and do apologize if you missed it. Immediately started itching and got a rash. Laying on top of the linens. Rash lasted for weeks. Cold coffee and no organization.

Thank you for your response. We are extremely alarmed by your statement regarding your rash during your stay with us, we take these situations very seriously. We take pride in our motel and always ask our customers if they had a positive experience with us. We have not had any record of such an event for years, but as always you can never be too careful. Regarding your comment on our cold coffee, we serve continental breakfast every morning from 6-9 a.m. with fresh coffee. We do apologize if the coffee was cold when you received it. We appreciate your response and know we cannot get it right all the time when a mistake is made, but we really try to rectify it during the guests stay to ensure that they leave happy, which in turn leaves us happy and relaxed. Please do contact us so that we can make you feel better regarding your stay with us.

Hair found in bed sheets, do not stay here ever
Terrible room condition. Hair found on/in bed sheets, smell from paper mill next door was overwhelming. You could not pay me to stay at this hotel ever again. Condition of room felt like we were in some type of horror film.

Great hotel with wonderfully service!
This is my fourth stay at Budget host hotel in Baxley. When you after check in you will be plesently surprised with your room. It is very clean and the design is very similar to a holiday inn express. Owners are very nice and excellent customer service! Best hotel in Baxley!
