Orientado a paquetes para grandes grupos
Hotel perfecto para paquetes vacacionales chinos orientados a grandes grupos y familias extensas. Si no cumples con estos requisitos deberías buscar otro alojamiento más tranquilo y donde los huéspedes no se comuniquen a gritos de un balcón a otro a las 5 de la mañana o por la noche o invadan la piscina como hordas. La habitación estándar necesita remodelación urgente y no se corresponde con el rango de precio del hotel. El desayuno buffet es muy completo y la atención es muy buena. La playa es bonita pero por el mismo precio hay mejores opciones especialmente en An Bang. Tener en cuenta que la playa de Cua Dai a escasos 100 metros está destruida por el mar y llena de sacos de arena. Los encargados de la piscina y playa están todo el tiempo tratando de venderte actividades acuáticas de un chiringuito cercano (no es del hotel). El WIFI iba fatal (el peor que hemos tenido en Vietnam).

The rooms were a bit tired but aside from that the pool and restaurant's were very nice, breakfast was always a treat and the staff were exceptional in there efforts to assist with everyone's requests....also the lifeguards went above and beyond to help each and every guest get settled around the pool.....catching the courtesy bus into town and back every night was easy and straightforward....my wife and i stayed for 15 nights and would definitely stay at the tropical beach resort again....we would also like to thank the hotel for upgrading us to a ocean view room and we enjoyed the beautiful views and sounds of the waves at night

This hotel was wonderful. Great beach location, beach was beautiful and the pool waa also lovely. I can't say enough good things about the service I received from the staff. Upon arrival I was feeling unwell. I was travelling alone and after speninng a few hours in my hotel room without getting better I decided to go talk to reception to help me see a doctor. The two lovely ladies at reception called a doctor for me who came right to my hotel room to exam me and give me perscriptions. Afterwards they sent ginger tea to my room and followed up by phone call later on to make sure I was ok. I 100 percent recommend this hotel.

It was so good we didn't want to leave. Staff were so helpful. Both of our rooms were so big. The view and swimming pool was amazing. Highly recommend!!!

程よい距離感のある親切なスタッフたち、プール、プライベートビーチ、必要十分な朝食、施設の年季は感じますが価格を考えると充分でした。エアコンの故障にもすぐに対応してくださいました。 ただ１つ許せなかったのはスーツケースを破損しておきながらも報告なくバックれたこと。 チェックアウト前に部屋でポーターにチップとともに運搬をお願いした際には破損していませんでした。空港までの送迎車のトランクにはドライバーと一緒にポーターが積み込んだのを見ましたが、空港に到着してトランクから下ろす際にはハンドルが割れていました。トランクの中で破損するような箇所でなく、ホテル内での運搬時かトランクに詰め込む際に折れたものです。 旅行保険がきくものなので、一言声をかけてくれさえすれば良かったのに。 バックれたその態度と、その後エクスペディアを通じて送った抗議のメールに謝罪どころか既読だけつけたまま返信もないホテルの姿勢に大きな不信感。 I found my suitcace in car trunk broken when arrived at airport. When I left it with porter at hotel room,it's not broken. And I saw him loading it on trunk. I send message to hotel and marked as read but no reply. I have travel insurance, so I just wanted you to let me know... This is the attitude of this hotel.

Tropical getaway
Absolutely fabulous! It has a very tropical feel and that was what we were looking for to relax. We would spend all day by the pool looking at palm trees and the ocean. It was off-season so it was quiet with limited people. We were in a "villa" right next to the pool which has a porch to sit and talk during the rain. The room was clean, big and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful and service-oriented. The free breakfast was enjoyable each morning. I would go back and I would recommend it. There is a shuttle to HoiAn which we took one evening, they arranged airport transportation when we left and since we were there 5 nights, we had 2 free massages. We were very pleased with our choice for this trip to relax and unwind. There are many things to see in the area but we had been to DaNang many times so we weren't there to "tour". Outside the gates and across the street is a mini-mart and down the road to the left are many little local restaurants. Loved it, loved it, loved it!

Die Anlage ist sehr schön mit einem direkten Zugang zum Meer. Die Zimmer sind funktional und einem 3* Hotel angemessen. Das grösste Defizit ist das Frühstück, das qualitativ nur mittelmässig ist, und von Tag zu Tag kaum variiert wird.

予約してすぐ、出発が近くなって、出発間際、確認などのメールをくれ、とても良かったです。チェックインの説明も細かくて良かったです。周りにも、とても安いSPA、レストランがあり快適でした。ただ、ホテルの朝食会場のレストラン。コ虫が目の周りにまとわりつきとても不快でした。でもトータルてきにとてもリラックスでき、なにより安くて、大変よい旅行になりました。

Initially when we arrived at the hotel, the room we had was poor. It was dirty, the safe was not attached to anything, you could pick it up (therefore it wasn’t safe) and the small bathroom windows did not lock. We complained to the manager and she was lovely, very apologetic and moved us into a nicer room on the beach front which we loved (there was none of the issues above). The grounds of the hotel itself are absolutely stunning and it is well looked after by staff. The swimming pool and beach area is absolutely beautiful!! Staff are helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. In my opinion if the rooms were updated, it would definitely be a 5 star hotel!

Idéalement placé pour profiter de la mer
Très satisfait de notre séjour. L'hôtel est quasiment sur la plage ce qui est très appréciable. Prêt de vélos pour rayonner autour (nous l'utilisions pour aller dîner). Pas mal de petit restos aux alentours. Navette gratuite pour se rendre à Hoi An (horaires fixes). Très bon petit déjeuner.

We had an extremely pleasant weekend here with our 4 year old. The food was great, lovely relaxed atmosphere, everyone (staff and guests) was so friendly, service was always quick and efficient, the grounds are beautiful, access to the beach so easy, the pools were never too busy and very clean. The whole experience exceeded our expectations, we will be visiting again very soon!

Tired but Idyllic
The Resort was set on the beach and was very authentic in style. The room was spacious but very tired. The whole Resort is in need of an upgrade. However in saying this, it was lovely to wander around the gardens and sit by the pools/beach. The meals were well priced and the breakfast suffice. You could get a free shuttle into Ho An several times a day and this was a great advantage. The staff are what really makes this Resort worth staying at. From the Security staff to the cleaners. They went out of their way to make us feel welcom the whole time. Definitely value for money in an idyllic setting.

Very nice resort right on the beach front. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean however the air conditioner made annoying noises all night long and it was so hot that you couldn't turn it off.. that was the only negative.

Super tolles Hotel mit sehr gepflegter, grüner Gartenanlage und unmittelbar am schönen Sand-Strand gelegen. Die Wohnbungalows sind im weitläufigen Gartenareal verteilt, super Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer selbst sind sehr groß, extrem großes und super bequemes Bett, schöne kleine Außenterrasse. Geräumiges Bad, großer Kleiderschrank. Das Frühstück (mit Blick auf Pool und Meer) ist eher klein aber sehr sehr gut, große Auswahl an frischem heimischen Obst, guter Kaffee. Wundervoll angelegter Poolbereich, die Liegen am Pool und Strand sind extrem bequem (schöne dicke Auflagen). Das gesamte Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und extremst hilfsbereit. Z.B. wurde ein Rollerverleih organisiert (nur 8 Euro pro Tag) und der Roller direkt ins Hotel gebracht und von dort wieder abgeholt, super Service und absolut empfehlenswert die wunderschöne Gegend auf dem Roller zu erkunden :-) Dadurch war es für uns unproblematisch, dass das Hotel etwas außerhalb der Stadt liegt (4km von der Altstadt), es wird aber auch mehrmals täglich ein kostenloser Shuttle vom Hotel angeboten, den wir anfangs nutzten. Eines der schönsten Hotels, das wir bisher hatten, wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen unbedingt jedem !!

Fantastisk mottakelse og service. Ble plukket opp på flyplassen i Da Nang av hotellet gratis. Tre representanter fra hotellet hilste oss velkommen før vi kom inn i resepsjonen. Der ble vi plassert i en sofa i lobbyen og servert te mens vi ble sjekket inn etter å ha levert passene til manageren. Deretter blir vi kjørt til rommet med en golfbil hvor bagasjen sto på rommet. Fikk også to gratis massasjetimer på hotellets Spa. Veldig god og bra meny i restauranten og flott bassengområde. Fikk også servert kake på rommet til min bursdag. Gratis chuttlebus til og fra Hoi An flere ganger daglig. Ble også godt kjent med staben. Spesielt til deg Co Hoa som var så hyggelig mot oss i restauranten og tok oss med på guidet tur i Hoi An etter arbeidstid. Helt nyoppusset rom med utsikt mot havet. Anbefaler dette hotellet på det sterkeste og kommer veldig gjerne tilbake.

Sehr schöne Anlage. Restaurant, Bar und Schwimmingpool in direkter Strandlage. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Not maintained
I’m normally a very easy going guest but the room where my family and I stayed at this hotel was very dirty. My wife made a reservation at the SPA and she said that the place was also very disgusting.

We had a wonderful stay at Tropical Beach Resort. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Some parts of the resort are a little worn but our family room was tidy and clean and our two children had a great time.

수영장과 비치는 좋지만, 객실은 오래되었어요
수영장과 비치가 만족스러웠어요. 하지만 객실인 전반적으로 너무,, 오래되었어요. 온수는 잘 나왔지만 수압이 특히 약했습니다. 조식은 붐비지 않아서 좋았지만, 그다지 다양하지 않았어요. 수영장과 비치에만 쭈욱 계실 분들에게 추천합니다!

Bra boende i Hoi An
Bra hotell med strandnära läge.Stor o fin pool. Vänlig personal och vanlig standard frukost buffé. Fin utsikt från vårat rum som låg mot havet. Vår strand mot Da Nang var fin jämfört med stranden åt andra hållet som var förstörd av en tyfon för något år sen. Bra små restauranger på stranden. Hotellet hade shuttle bus in till Hoi Än som var till god fördel.
