Hice la reservacion y al llegar batallamos porque los elevadores del estacionamiendo no funcionaban tuvimos que bajar las escaleras con todo el equipaje, al llegar a la recepción resulta que no nos dieron un cuarto en el hotel nos dieron un condominio fuera del parque estaba a 10 minutos caminando tuvimos que volver a llevar el equipaje estar en tráfico perdimos dos horas en todo ese trayecto Fatal mi experiencia con este hotel y sobre todo con el personal Ademas sucio Se supone uno paga mas por comodidad y fue faltal la experiencia No recomiendo este hotel

This is my second time here at this hotel and it is still awesome,clean,neat rooms spacious and clean. Nice size bathroom and all rooms have a balcony.

The convenience of being on the boardwalk, the property was very clean and quiet. The cons is that the hotel needs to update their TV'S they are very outdated.

The men at the front desk were amazing and super accommodating! Such a great area right in the middle of everything. However that also comes with some issues if you have small kids. The band plays late at night until 10-11pm and it’s really difficult to get a good nights rest especially if you have a plaza view. Also the tv and amenities in the room could definitely use some updating. There’s no microwave and only about 8 fuzzy tv channels. Other than that, it’s a really nice place to stay if you want to be really REALLY close to all the fun.

The hotel was very nice. 1.My bathroom the tub painting was peeling and I love a bath... it was uncomfortable to sit in. 2.The TV needed to be updated. The windows were filthy esp the door to the balcony. I live in the area for 5 years and always wanted to stay in this peticular hotel. These things being right would of made it a great stay. I come monthly to the area but I'm not sure I'd stay here. I think the age of a few things need to be dealt with first. I stay in the room a lot due to having my handicap daughter with me.... so the outside was great but being in the room wasn't as pleasant.. due to a few easily fixed updates. Attention to details

Our room was gorgeous. Plantation shutters on the patio door and windows. We had a bay view but it was over the Boardwalk that played music until 10pm. Thank God it was a Tuesday night and it wasn’t a live band. It would be fun and exciting for younger folks but us older folk close down early.. lol It’s a great place to stay and the best restaurants are right out the front doors. Everything is within 3 minutes of walking! Lots for kids to do too.

The televisions in the rooms are OLD and the pictures aren't clear and there is a buzzing sound on channels with clear picture. TV's are inexpensive, no reason to have these old silver Panasonic TV's.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The only issue is that there was a large red spot on the carpet on the side of the bed - 12" x 6", if I had to guess. Not sure what it was, probably (hopefully) ink of some kind, but my kids and I didn't like having to look at it. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Service was friendly, hotel is cute, and the beds were comfortable! I was surprised at the size of the bathroom. Spacious, bright, andd more modern-looking than I'd expected. Will definitely stay here again.

I love KEMAH BOARDWALK INN. One of my favorite local places to stay. However, it felt moldy. I was super stuffed in the room. Once we left I felt like I could breathe. Even with that being said I would come back again. Just depends how serious your sinus issues are.
