El hotel bien, lo que estoy muy decepcionado es que realice la reservación por medio de Expedia 72721233013672 y les pague a ellos, llegando al Hotel me cobraron de nuevo, pedí mi devolución con Expedia y me dice que no procede, a pesar que le mande el recibo formal de el Hotel y el estado de cuenta donde ellos me cobraron, tengan mucho cuidado cuando realicen reservaciones con esta compañia.

Una pesadilla!!! Había una rata en la habitación, nos dimos cuenta a media noche, pedimos ayuda y la única persona de guardia en el hotel pretendía que nos quedaramos ahí y enviar a alguien a revisar por la mañana, solicitamos cambio de habitación y de mala gana nos dieron un cuarto con una sola cama para 4 personas, no hubo reembolso ni nada por habernos dado una habitación de una tarifa menor, se lavaron las manos por haber reservado a través de un tercero, muebles muy viejos, el sofa cama te acuestas prácticamente sobre puros fierros, en fin, jamás volveriamos a hospedarnos con ellos y ustedes tampoco deberían…

Unsatisfactory experience
It was a unsatisfactory experience in this place. Wi-Fi doesn't work for all days and Front desk people just say that it happens usually, so I believe this service is not available frequently. My room had not been cleaned until we mention to the front desk also we hadn't amenities. Reservation includes breakfast but we couldn't find food during these days. Location is good with access to restaurants and bars just walking so we could found options.

Buen servicio y habitación bien acondicionada.
La habitación muy cómoda y bien acondicionada. La Zona donde se ubica el Hotel actualmente tiene problemas de acceso debido a que hay construcciones o reparaciones de autopistas en los alrededores. Solamente el aire acondicionado lo considero mal ubicado debido a que enfría la cocina y el sofá cama. Enfría muy poco la habitación principal. Por lo demás el Hotel fue satisfactorio y a buen precio. Nos dieron muy buen servicio recibiéndonos unos paquetes de compras por internet y guardándonos una maletas por una semana. Gracias de todo corazón. Eso fue lo mejor. Definitivamente volveríamos.

Confortable , la zona del hotel esta a solo metros de varios buenos restaurantes, un poco mas lejos hay centros comerciales y un poco mas lejos un Outlet Mall.Saludos.

There were only two things that I did not like. The pillows were plushy and the water did not get that hot in shower. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

I arrived at the hotel to be told that my room with double beds was not available. So they gave me 2 rooms instead. Which would have been fine but they clearly didn’t realize that my children are under 10 years old so sleeping in there own room really isn’t an option especially since there not conjoining rooms.

Horrible!! Don’t you dare come to this place if you have a big family. They will limit everything! Even this you have paid hundreds of dollars at this place! & they will give you ONE ROLE OF TOILET PAPER! No paper towel, dirty towels, dishes dirty, bad smell. And the staff is horrible, and especially kysten & Pamala! Those two women are the worst! Bad spirits and not welcoming at all!
