Habitacion 221 no se puede dormir
Hemos estado en la habitacion 221 y no hemos podido dormir en toda la noche porque esta la fitness y el ascensor en la pared de la habitación. Seguramente las demás habitaciones esten bien pero esta es un calvario. Si les dan esa habitación rechazela. Tengo que reservar mas hoteles y no lo hare en esta cadena.

Easy access to our destinations and the interstate access. The only concern was trying to access the WiFi and internet.

I am sorry you had issue with the internet. We had just had a new system installed and experienced some issue. All will be good the next time you stay with us.

Was not at all pleased that the pool and the hot tub was completely out of service. I paid extra for this hotel because I wanted to dip in the hot tub after a long drive. Also missed out on the breakfast because it ended so early. The hotel was fine but would not have paid this for that Had I known

We apologize about our pool being down for renovations. We are taking advantage of our slower season and trying to update areas of the property while we can. Our breakfast is supposed to go until 9am. What time did you come down for breakfast?

Sleep Inn in Idaho Falls
Our stay at Sleep Inn was excellent! Everything was clean, and artfully decorated. The lady at the front desk was very helpful!

Super convenient to the I15!
Quick and easy check in with a lovely young lady. She was able to make sure our needs were met for an accessible room. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the usual type, basic but filling. Would absolutely stay here again!

Close to the interstate but we didn’t notice any freeway noise at all. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great.

Great service, could use upgrading in the room
The lady at the front desk was excellent. She was very friendly and efficient as well as helpful. Our room smelled like pee and that was really hard to get past. Carpet isn’t the best idea in a pet friendly hotel.

Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately we are in a location that is not within walking distance to local restaurants. Anything that we can improve upon so we can be viewed better then just an "Ok Place" please let me know so we can correct any issues.

This is a great little hotel right off the I 15, easy to get to. It has a good little breakfast bar with cereal, waffles, bacon and eggs. Beds are comfortable. It’s easy to get to local dining establishments and there is shopping close by.

Great place if you just need a place to sleep. But the shower had mold growing in the corners. Otherwise for the price it was great and we felt safe.
