Your concern is taken very seriously and has already been escalated to all the Departmental Managers and their teams, who will take every necessary step to ensure that tangible changes are made. While staying with us, I’m sure you must have noticed that we are busy with a refurb project. We do understand your frustration and it is for this reason that we have embarked on a rather ambitious refurb project. As you can probably imagine, these things do take time and we are very excited about the very many beautiful improvements we hope to bring to this historic building.
