Muy buen hotel cerca del aeropuerto
Excelente hotel a minutos del aeropuerto. La habitación era muy cómoda y limpia. El servicio de traslado al aeropuerto sin costo adicional funcionó muy bien.

Buen hotel en Joburg muy bien ubicado
Hotel súper bien ubicado con todas las comodidades necesarias para un viajero cosmopolita. Personal muy atento. Use la ducha de la piscina (llegue muy temprano antes del check in) y las instalaciones son bastante buenas.

1- Me olvido un pantalon en habitación, llamo antes de 12 horas y me dicen que no está. 2- La señorita de recepción , la más joven da un trato fatal, como enfadada y no te ayuda nada. No sirve para estar atendiendo a los clientes. 3-No recomendaría ese hotel por el trato de la señorita de la recepción. La limpieza y demás bien.

Near to airport, good and comfortable
good service, beautiful pool, 10 min from airport with free shuttle, comfortable bed, I like really much, the breakfast was really good, the service at bar not that much to slow, if you need a very good wifi is not your option, its vabailable but slow and intermitent

The staff was excellent. The facility was beautiful and clean. The food was outstanding. I understand the load shedding is beyond your control. But my room was completely without power. And even after the load shedding, my a/c didn't work all night. Definitely miserable.

Everything was wonderful, especially the guys in transportion and the bar. The front desk was very accommodating. The buffet was excellent each night. The electrical outages occurred in the daytime when i was going out, but could be a problem. The back-up generators ran most of the facility.

A nice location in proximity to OR Tambo airport. It is a tad bit warm, and the AC units seem to blow air, but not much cool air, but I am not complaining as this strikes me as a nice hotel at a reasonable rate.

Great for a one night after a late flight. Room a bit dated, but otherwise it had everything we needed. Great service on our late arrival. Very good buffet breakfast. Neighborhood seemed a bit dingy, but the parking lot is gated. We felt safe,inside.

Catching the bus for the hotel was quite easy it’s at the bus terminus when you arrive you have to follow the signs and ask a few officials , we then arrived at the hotel in about 10mins . I did have a lot of luggage but they helped me with this . The room was clean and comfortable and good for an overnight stay .

THE PROPERTY WAS OK. THE SPA NEVER RETURNED MY EMAIL REQUEST FOR AN APPOINTMENT. WHEN I SHOWED THEY SAID THE SYSTEM WAS SLOW AND THEY WOULD CALL ME BAC. 4 HOURS LATER NO CALL, SO I VISIT AND THEY WERE FULL OF EXCUSES. THE CLEANING LADY DID NOT CHANGE THE BEDDING AS A RESULT MY GIRLFRIEND CAME TO VISIT, SAW THE STAIN AND ACCUSED ME OF CHEATING. NOW SHE I NO LONGER HAVE A GIRLFRIEND BECAUSE OF THEIR NEGLIGENCE. THE MANAGER SAID HE WAS GOING TO LOOK INTO IT AND REVERT BACK. HE SAW ME 3 TIMES AND NEVER SAID ANYTHING. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I FLEW IN FROM THE USA TO SPEND VACATION WITH MY GIRLFRIEND AND THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS. THEY DIDN'T OFFER AN UPGRADE, REDUCE PRICE NOTHING!!!
